The first 14 episodes were amazing! Started out with a good fight scene, then set everything up for what I thought was gonna be a beautiful love story with a side of light political angst. Oh boy was I wrong. Now I'm used to Chinese dramas having a convoluted plot, but I have never seen anything like this. The plot got so wild I'm still not sure I fully understand all the secret identities of literally half the cast.

The acting was solid and I enjoyed the soundtrack. The story itself was just too much for me to invest the time for a rewatch of 58 episodes.
