The Plot Is So Confusing.

The Plot revolves around two worlds. The comic world and the real world. GREAT concept to be honest. At first, I was really against watching this show, why? Cause I wanted to watch another one. BUT. Gave this a try, now, do I regret it? No. But is this amazing? So so. It was good but not mind-blowing.
My problems with the story was the plot, even though I loved the concept of the whole thing. The show made the plot really confusing. The show starts off REALLY strong with the plot! It's weak on the romance though, as I'm a sucker for romance, this main couple's romance was like a 6/10 or 7/10 at most. Not really heart racing at some moments. The connection between the two main characters with eh. Nothing bad but not that good either.
What I also have a problem with was the characters. Yeon Joo seemed to have no personality in my eyes. She's okay but nothing interesting, like funny or badass. Just bland. And Kang Cheol? Same thing. He's introduced as some rich kid in the comic, some what cocky, nice, and a player. All the characters in this show (Even the villain) were just plain. MAD PLAIN. Can't even relate to them or anything. Won't spoiler anything but after Episode 9 I started skipping most of the scenes or just looked away from my laptop.
I also had a BIG problem with the flashbacks, WAY. TO. MANY. Or even way to long! I get some people need recaps from the start and stuff but sometimes the flashbacks were up to 5 minutes. Which wasn't needed.
The Acting was average, nothing special much. Nothing that really makes you cry unless it's one of Lee Jong Suk's scenes. Need to mention that I LOVE his acting! That's mostly why I give the acting so high.
The Music is nothing special to the point where I'm looking up the OST. It's just average.
Rewatch value, I could say somewhat high. Just to really understand the concept of the whole story and why the characters did certain things.
In conclusion, the story isn't bad but after a few episodes the plot is repetitive and a bore to the point where you can predict the ending. Romance is also weak but not THAT weak. If you wanna past time, watch this. But it's not THAT bad so I say give it a shot. One day I'll re watch this JUST for the plot and what I was confused with. Don't make my review stop you from watching or giving it a bad review!

Forgettable. Cheesy. And, Unoriginal.

Let me say that I watched this show MONTHS ago so I might be incorrect on some things.

This show is like a item that you're excited to buy, then realize that the item is terrible and regret buying it. This is EXACTLY what the heirs is.
Depise the story having a great start, the writers wasted it and made this show SO un watchable.
We first have Eun Sung. Not the worst Female Lead but more annoying much, all I remember her character is for crying. That's it. Then there's Kim Tan, honestly they could've made him look more appealing? I like Lee Min Ho but they make him not my taste in this drama. Then there's the average SML bully, Young Do. There's nothing to his character expect BEING a bully. Maybe being a bit funny and sarcastic but that's it. The first episode is Eun Sung going to America to meet with her sister, after that, the sister is not mention anymore?! Like? What? Not even in one other episode? This show is SOOO predictable. Poor Woman Rich Man falls in love with Poor Woman first, second female lead get's jealous as much as the second male lead does. There's NO twists in this show that I haven't seen in other shows. That's how bland this show is. I respect opinions but people who give this higher than a 9 are down right crazy. I say this to even be worse than Boys Over Flowers.
The Acting wasn't that special at all, y'know. Nobody screw up which was good but not so special.
The Music, GEEZ. Don't get me started. The SAME track I keep hearing in the background is TRASH. The fact that I even use to like the intro song makes me think about my taste months ago. Boys Over Flowers DEFO had better OST than this trash of a soundtrack.
The re watch value. GEEZ AGAIN! SO LOW! I CANNOT EVEN BRING MYSELF TO REWATCH! I mainly want to re watch because of all the main leads but it's so hard. So much scenes are useless to even re watch, the only scene I can bring myself to re watch is one of Episode 9's ones with Kim Tan and Young Do. And let me just say that I can even re watch Boys Over Flowers, the show with low ratings on this website. I think it proves my point on this show's re watch value.
Regardless, I wouldn't recommend, this show get's me somewhat mad after thinking about re watching it for even 2 minutes.

The start was promising, but. Eh?

To be honest, I just wasted my time with this show.
Now I am bias because im a BIG freak for romance shows and this barely had any nor made sense.
People ship Soo-ah and Saeroyi, yet I don't. Soo-ah put herself before anybody else. She knew Saeroyi liked her yet never accepted his feelings and kept leading him on? I also thought her personality was a bit boring. Nothing special with her.
Now the main couple, Yi-seo and Saeroyi. Made no sense to me. Seemed force tbh. Since Episode 7 I was thinking, "Why does Yi-seo even love Saeroyi in the first place" as they barely spent any time together. Saeroyi was also in love with Soo-ah so theirs no moments with Yi-seo and Saeroyi. Also, Yi-seo's character is some what eh to me. She isn't my favorite but I didn't like her attuite when it came to some people.
The acting was average and good. Nothing mind-blowing. I do love Park Seo-Joon as that's the reason WHY I even considered watching this drama, but. Wasn't worth it.
Music isn't mind blowing either. It's average aswell, I only liked the outro music and sometimes the intro music. Also thing I love this drama for is whoever decided to cast the guy for Toni. First Kdrama I've seen with a person of color!
Unless you just need something to watch or you're into revenge dramas with slow romance then go for it. This show wasn't THAT bad but I defo am not going to rewatch this show unless I just need a blast from the past or what not.

Stiu Feng's character isn't all my favorite.

To be honest, I've re watched this show like two times,
but what ticked me off was episodes 25-28, Stiu Feng got guilt tripped by Langti into marrying Xinya, but then cried when they had to break up. What I didn't understand is why nobody thought of taking her to a therapist? Or at least at the end tell us that Xinya got a therapist. I mostly think nobody thought about a therapist for more story line but it was still so stupid.

Also, my biggest problem. Chen revealed her true form to everybody in ONE EPISODE. ONE. Then formed back into her disguise because Stiu Feng was jealous. Can somebody tell me why does that make sense? What the hell was the point of her having a identity to begin with? Other than more storyline. Even at the end SHES STILL IN DISGUISE.

I love this show but every show has flaws, but what I can say is that I loved how everybody (or at least every main character) got a happy ending. :)

What I Expected.

I knew what I was getting from this show, seeing the full ratings close to Love Alarm 2 I was expecting this to be bad. And it was. But why did I watch? I just wanted a good laugh.
I'll keep it short, the time duration could've been extended to make it better, the beginning was confusing and also pretty boring. Actors are average as nobody's even relatable at all. Male lead was annoying and to nice maybe? Nothing to him expect liking the female lead, Female Lead was hella boring. Music is not even that good, rather listen to Run On's OST than this. Never rewatching unless I'm getting paid to rewatch the most terrible mdl shows that I've seen.
In total, I would've rewatched Love Alarm 2 over this.

Hard To Remember.

This show, geez.
It's a light comedy romance high school drama, girl who has no confidence suddenly got a revenge note app to get revenge on terrible people, you'll understand way quicker than you thought. I personally picked this show because ONE. Chan Eun Woo. And TWO. not that much episodes, and they were short too so I watched it to past time!
This isn't a spoiler but they're NO kisses between the main leads, just saying.
Also I have to say the Female Lead was annoying to me at times, she seemed weak. No no, scratch that, IS WEAK. I'm really starting to hate these weak female lead plots now a days. I have to mention that Cha Eun Woo is a supposed SML or just a main male character, where is he during episodes 6-8? or episodes 5-8? I can't remember but he was fully on ghost those episodes, and he's suppose to be a male lead?
Acting isn't that special, although everybody did their role well. The mains as a couple also did their role well too, didn't feel so much spark to them as I did months ago.
Music isn't special either, only liked one track out of that show.
I wouldn't re watch this show, not for a bad reason. It's just that there's nothing to re watch? Unless you wanna re watch those Revenge Note scenes.
In total, DO NOT expect ANYTHING amazing in this show expect for the Revenge Note App. That's all that made me even stick to this show, and Cha Eun Woo as well. The shows original but just so plain and boring? Revenge Note 2 was better in a lot of aspects.

Average.

Honestly, I knew what I was getting from seeing the poster, and name of the show.
A girl who to society is "ugly" and gets bullied for that, therefore. She hates her looks. Then discovers the power of makeup! And now she's not getting bullied all that jazz you get me.

The story isn't that original, I say it's kind of bland to a lot of "ugly" to "pretty" stories. Although I did like this show for some twists that they did.
The acting was good! Nothing was bad but it's not SO amazing to the point where I'm crying at every emotional scene. I personally only watched for Cha Eun Woo but y'know, he didn't make the whole show sparkle. Same for Moon as well as I did come for her from tempted.
The music? Honestly I can't remember ANY of them. I only remembered the intro and these two tracks I loved but forgot the names. My fault since I haven't watched this in some months.
Re watch value is low for me, I can only watch for the main couples cute moments but that's all. Maybe for the sister's side romance?
Overall, the show's not that overhyped as some people say, the full ratings for this show is actually the way I want it to be, if it was higher than a 9 then I would've called it overrated. But y'know, some people are into these cute light predictable and unoriginal dramas. Not me though, well once in a while.
The show's good! Just don't expect anything extreme and it'll be predictable than you think. Great high school drama though!

No Plot.

The show is good don't get me wrong, fluffy hearted romance,
But after a few episodes it got SO draggy!
By the time the couple is together there's no plot at all, I even putted this show on hold for almost 3-4 weeks! That's how boring it got. There was no plot after the couple got together. NONE! Maybe some mix up's here and their but that's it!
Acting wasn't anything special. Maybe cause I haven't watched this in a couple of months that I forgot.
Music? Nothing special either. Just faded into the background.
I've probably never re watch this show again unless im doing my homework and I just want something in the background, I think that proves how un rewatchable this is.
In all, the main couple is sweet and cute, but there's no plot AFTER they get together.

It Got Draggy.

I want to love this show but I just can't.
For somebody who hasn't watched Goblin, this is my review just on this show. Not Goblin aswell.

The show's about a female lead, Yeon Soo, at first was falling down from her career. As she had to work at a law firm for 3 months for a main role she was playing. Now watching the first Episode, it's kept a secret. Why? I have no idea. The whole thing with her not telling anybody she's working their for a drama got SO draggy. And I mean it. All the way until Episode 12 is when people find out. It's not that big of a deal. The writers made her reason to work their so weak to hide that it made no sense to hide in the first place. The Romance is pretty sweet and fluffy but that was basically all of episode 8-12. Maybe some of the stalker vibes thingy but that barely last so why is it even a plot? The writers also throw the whole "break up with Yoon Seo" stich where the show is soon about to end. Not thinking to deep into it, the story is just plain. A celebrity who's working at a law firm to learn for her new role, male lead isn't a fan of her. That's all.

The side / second lead couple were SUCH a bore. We don't even get a reason from the beginning WHY they break up. Couldn't really watch scenes with them.
The romance with Lawyer Dan and Choi were SOOOO funny! Loved them to be honest, the actor of Lawyer Choi was AMAZING!!!

The acting was not that bad though! I like Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na's acting but this show didn't really show their acting talents in a way I could give a 10. Whole reason why I started watching this is because of those two.

The music and sound effects aren't bad either, sometimes the music and sound effects made things hella funny though. But that's it.

I would defo re watch tbh! But not all episodes such as episode 14.

The Drama's Not That Bad The Low Ratings Are Unjustified.

This show is about a God of Water (Habeak) finding his servant on earth. Which is the female Lead, Yun So-a.
The story isn't really anything special in my opinion. It just seems plain. Sure there's twists with the suppose second male lead being the bad guy and having past history but that's in most fantasy dramas.
The acting was actually pretty good! People say that the Female Lead's acting was bad but I disagree. Her acting isn't AMAZING but it's justable.
The Music? Not that Good To Be Honest. Only liked the intro music a lot but that's all.
Re watch value is pretty low. I can't really bring myself to watch more than 7 episodes then come rewatch where I was left off like 2-3 weeks later.
In total, the couple is cute, I say give a try if you have nothing to watch or just trying to distract yourself. Not my favorite but it's good to watch!

Could've been better. Romance Wise

School. The series that I've been watching backwards. My first School Series was School 2017, which is my favorite. School 2015, eh. Not that bad but it's just eh. After Episode Four I started skipping things.
The concept aka the story plotline is so interesting. It's about our main (Eun-bi) getting mistaken for her twin sister (Eun-byeoul) after she went missing and everybody thought Eun-bi died. The acting was AMAZING. Even unlikable characters and side characters did their parts SO WELL! I mainly watched this series because Kim So Hyun and Nam Joo Hyuk are in it.
The romance between Yi An and Eun-bi was alright in my opinion, it wasn't THAT bad, I liked them at times and other times I just hated Yi-an's character. Yi-an's character throughout the end with Eun-bi was kind of terrible. I won't say what Episode but, Yi-an didn't give two hells where Eun-bi went when she went missing and stayed attached to Eun-byeoul like an idiot. He only asked how she was and that's all. Thoughts on Tae-kwang and Eun-bi? I shipped a bit but didn't get attached. He was a better choice and character than the first lead though.
The story was slow and questionable at some points. Should've listen to the reviews to be honest.
Show isn't that bad it's just that the romance kind of sucked a bit and a lot of scenes that happen are really questionable.
Rewatch value is low since it's not that hard to not remember at least parts of this show therefore, no reason to rewatch.
The story rating is so high since this story kind of reminds me of "Oh My Ghost" when Soon Ae (the ghost second female lead) was taking over Bong Soon's body (female lead) the whole damn series. Similar to here when Eun-bi is pretending to be Eun-byeoul almost the whole damn show. If you haven't watched Oh My Ghost I recommend it to you but you might get second lead feels.
Also, THE MUSIC IS SO GOOD! So light and thrilling! Love all the beats and sound tracks, even was sweating from my palms sometimes

There's no logic in this show. Don't even try.

The story is SO good, but left so many questions and plot holes open.
We get our main main female lead in this show. Dan-oh. A girl who has a heart problem while having a 10 year crush on the second lead, Kyung. Let me say that Kyung was one of the worst leads, regardless of his change later on. As I did feel bad for him some scenes, it doesn't change the fact that he NOW liked Dan-oh when there's competition. Haru, the main main male lead. I love him and Dan-oh together yet he barely has anything to him. He's nice and sweet but that's it? Pretty boring at some points. Dan-oh at least had some good sass in her.
There's so many other plots they could've given episodes. During half way in the show, (Episode 11-16 I forgot) it focuses on the love triangle with Ha-ru, Dan-oh and Kyung. What? Their was no point for that. As I sometimes like love triangles. This seemed too cliché. Y'know Second Lead realizes that he can't live without the Female Lead so now fights for her. So common.

When other people (Do-Hwa and Kyung) found out that they were in a comic. They had ZERO reaction. Or at least has a reaction for a scene/couple of minutes and then went back to how they lived. Not even worried on what the writer could do to them.
The whole knowing each other back in the past, ALSO CLICHE! In so many kdramas they make it so the male lead and female lead knew each other back in the past. Wasn't really needed in this show. The plot also became repetitive a bit with the love triangle and whole Dan-oh heart problem thing. They could've made it a bit like the drama "W" and on how they would find the writer of the book.
Episodes 29 and further were kind of un needed. Dan-oh losing her memories about Haru and loving Kyung. The writers wasted plot right there. It would feel weird for me to even give this a 9 tbh. We also don't know how Haru appears, who's his family, why Dried Squid is named Dried Squid, and more. Waste of plots.
Romance with Nam-jo and Ju-da was a bore.
The only thing I really like this show for was A3, it reminded me of F4. But, this just became a typical high school drama midway.
The acting is amazing! Not enough to give a 10 though, didn't cry throughout this show at all.
The Music was good to! I really liked some tracks in their.
Re watch value is that way so you could probably re watch to make more sense out of it and to watch some Dan-oh and Haru moments if you want. I would recommend but don't even question the logic in this show. I couldn't even find it myself. The romance is very cute in my opinion though!

Average But Is It Good Enough?

The drama is basic to be honest.
It's about the main leads already knowing each other from the past, the male lead already knowing the female lead when she's little, then gets in a romantic relationship with her when she's older. I just find the concept boring. It's some what like Hotel Del Luna with Man Wol knowing Chan Soung when he's older. But like I said, the concept is boring. After Episode 9 I just started skipping episodes.
I'm a big romance freak when it comes to show but this show literally had no connection with the main leads. I mean, sure, if you like them like them! But i barely felt a connection. And this was the first time I barely felt any connection. The way the show revolves around the main leads y'know working together and stuff. The chemistry lacked for me. Although.
Lee Rang and the Second Couple DID IT FOR ME. Loved all of them to the core! I also loved the brothers relationship in the show <3
In conclusion, this show isn't really anything mind blowing BUT it's not THAT bad. I wouldn't recommend but knock yourself out.

THE SHOW IS GREAT, BUT SO PLAIN?!

The show revolves around the Vice Chairman and Kim Mi So, and how they've been lovers from the start and how they become husband and wife. But it's just so plain.
It's like a boss/employee relationship. Nothing special much to be honest. The show started strong with the couple and on how Kim Mi So thought The Vice Chairman's brother was her oppa and Lee Young Joon denying his feelings for Kim Mi So and more.
The last few episodes were pretty boring, as I feel it was fast paced. Episode 11 is when Kim Mi So finds out the Vice Chairman was her Oppa and not his brother. After that, theirs no plot. I mean if you wanna count his brother finding the truth about the kidnapping thing and the co-workers finding out about Kim Mi So and Vice Chairman then sure. But it was a bore episodes 14-15, maybe even Episode 13. It was just the Main Couple being lovely together. I mean if you love them THAT much then waste your time watching those Episodes but I feel like after Kim Mi So found out about her real Oppa, theirs no plot after that expect for the side couples which I somewhat barely care about. The way people say that this is the best kdrama romance, I might have to disagree with that. This show isn't really anything mind-blowing. As some characters, or most aren't even that relateable. I also feel like the whole kidnapping thing shouldn't have been their in the first place. After Episode 11, it wasn't even plot anymore. It was just a fill in, the drama is still light/soft though.
The re watch value, I would say low. As I said, it's plain so there's not really any moments you'll like to re watch besides the main couple.
The series isn't original but it is alright to watch. It was light to be honest and the music was good to! There's a lot of funny moments in the show that I loved. It's plain but if you're into a light, comedy, romance drama with a bit of a tragic past and a good ending. Watch this!

ITS NOT THAT BAD, But...

Honestly from Episode One I was FULLY interesting in the show, I didn't skip much.
But There's one thing that I couldn't really y'know actually be THAT happy about.
Do-San and Dal-mi.
Those two, the main couple of the show apparently, I just don't feel that much of a connection? Like they're not bad of a couple but not so great either. I just didn't feel it to the point where I'm smiling at every single one of their scenes.
The First Episode made me believe that Ji-pyeong was the main lead, but I was wrong. But the fact that he hid that he was the guy behind the letter for 15 years? 15?! And the grandma also hid it to! I didn't like that part. Therefore, I didn't ship Ji-pyeoung and Dal-mi.
The Music. OH MY GOSH. I love it! Especially the intro! Could listen to the whole thing all day.
The acting wasn't bad but wasn't like "WOW! I didn't know that this was a show!" It was amazing but not bomb throwing.
The sister was kind of a waste of a role to be honest, I didn't really care about her so-called vilian of a sister role.
The story is pretty average but unique to me at the same time. Y'know average pen pal story and never knowing his identity until years later. But they did a twist and instead of the female lead ending up with the pen pal she ended up with a guy who's life was about to fall apart.
The Show is bad but good too. I find it unreasonable that some people give this show like a 1 or 2 star rating cause it's not all bad.
