This has to be one of the greatest thai series I've watched together with Hormones and The Gifted. The pacing of the story was fast on episode 1 giving us only a little introduction of the characters which was justified on the following episodes. I've literally finished this in one sitting and no regrets. I liked how the bl didn't cover almost half of the story like the other thai dramas but what I like the most is featuring a girl-to-girl relationship which is seldom portrayed on the field of thai series. I love Nahm and Arisa's characters probabaly the best characters on the series and special mention to Ying and Kraam too. I just hated how Arisa and Nahm are more logical than the main character (Kraam) like they were literally the ones who were trying to uncover the truth about the island and the incident. The storyline was kind of unexpected jumping from one genre to another and definitely exceeded my expectations. The music is kind of great too, reminds me of Hormones. The plot kinda reminds of the society (also on netflix) but this one is better ,hundred times better. Over-all this is probably the best thai drama of 2019 and my best Series (including kdramas , cdramas , american dramas) of 2019 so far.

Directors and Writers should create series without another season in mind.

I might've dug up my own grave here by watching a series directed by one of the saddest gay films I've watched to date (Your Name Engraved Herein) but considering how there was a kiss on the first two episodes each, I expected the pace to pick up but it didn't. I don't hate slowburn, but that build up for 12 episodes was for nothing which is a sucker because everyone in the cast really played their part well especially the oozing chemistry between the two main leads. I really hoped the director and writers wrote this without a second season in mind and serve us a season that ends on a good note/ a series that could stand alone even without renewal. The ending was so disappointing tbh, really don't know what to feel about the series overall. The plot was just going circles in terms of the development of their relationship, I feel like the series peaked in the middle episodes and just went down from there :(( hope this would get a season 2 and redeem itself.

I'm not a fan of BL series but damn, Nadao hit me hard.

To begin with, I'm a big fan of Nadao dramas like In Family We Trust, Project S: The Series, and my all-time favorite series; Hormones. Nadao rarely produce dramas, like, twice to thrice a year but when they do, they just finesse it.

I started ITSAY with mediocre standards, because again I'm not a big fan of BL but I remember waiting for it even before the title was revealed.

The story is not for people who like steamy scenes, unrealistic situations, and fast-paced. Nadao managed to make a series so damn beautiful in just 5 episodes. The story is very inclined to reality, the way it focuses on different types of relationships, the different struggles between bonds, and the questioning of one's sexuality; everything about this drama screams realistic.

To be fair, the cast seems unfamiliar except for the main lead but I was amazed on how well they acted despite not knowing them especially the ones who played Bas and Tarn, the acting is not perfect for me because there were some scenes I was bothered by the executions but nevertheless, it's near perfection.

The OSTs just hit different, even if I can't understand the words, I can feel the emotions it's trying to convey and it's been on repeat in my Spotify's Playlist lol. The fact that Billkin was actually the one who sang Skyline just shows how versatile of an actor he is.

The moment this series came out, I started watching it, I suffered through cliffhangers and week-long questions but I'm not regretting it, this series might be one of the best series I've seen so far. This series was worth it.

Fun-fact: Teh's scenes with his mom were the most tear-jerker for me, their scenes are just so raw I can't stop my eyes from bawling.
