SOMEONE JUST RIPPED MY HEART OUT

I was in so much pain watching this series, from the beginning of the series and especially at the end.

Great characters with amazing evolution in terms of personalities. The main couple made me believe in love at first sight and it broke my heart in the end. All the other characters were very well written, with very interesting stories and even the side couples had so much chemistry. The whole series was very interesting and both the romantic scenes and the comedy scenes were very well played by all the actors. The series had plot twists that shocked me. Incredible series. The acting was phenomenal by everyone, especially by Hae In and Ji Soo (her first gig).

Highly recommended !

REALISM IS THE KEY WORD HERE

This show is a punch in the guts. Emotional with plot twists and breathtaking acting.
The show didnt hold back and went all in showing how the educational system works or better dont work.
The characters were well written with diversity and many layers that we got to explore more and more as the show progress.
I truly believe that SKY Castle is probably one of the most important shows to watch if you want to watch how the Korean culture is treating children.
Amazing acting by everyone and beautiful scenery.
Please have in mind that this show has some strong scenes that can trigger some people.

LEE JOON GI- SEO YE JI DID IT AGAIN

I started this show for my love, Seo Ye Ji, but i ended up falling in love with Lee Joon Gi too.
This drama has a great and very intresting storyline that will keep you focus the entire time. The main lead Bong Sang Pil is an amazing character with depth and great development, he is badass but at the same time extremly funny. His chemistry with the female lead is breathtaking, their relationship is one of the most healthy relationships i have seen yet. The truth is that we didnt get to see them a lot together, but afterall this drama isnt a romantic comedy, so i am glad they didnt fill it with romance. They had enough scenes to make you fell in love with them. Ha Jae Yi is an amazing female lead too, badass herself and nothing stopped her.
The bad guys were written with respect and they had many layers, so they were really intresting and fun to watch. Even the side characters were written well, they were giving us the comic relief that sometimes was needed.
it didnt bored me for one second. I recommended it 100% to everyone who is into the action- mystery dramas.

IN LOVE WITH BOTH MALE LEADS

So after season 1 I didnt know what I should expect, but i was for sure waiting for season 2. I still dont know who is the second lead in this story, but I think for once in Kdramas we dont have the same kind of love triangle, because i was never sure who she will end up with. I would be happy no matter who she had chose because i think both of them were great characters after all. All the main character annoyed me at times but i think all of them were written like that so we could watch them develop themselves as the show was going.
I did get kinda bored after 6 episodes but no so bored that i wouldnt finish it. I think i was more sad that i would have to say goodbye because Love Alarm was the first Kdrama i ever watched.
It is an okay Kdrama and quite different from the other of its kind.

VERY RAW STORYLINE AND CHARACTERS, BUT WEAK LEAD CHARACTERS.

It was an okay show with a very different storyline then other Kdramas. It didnt hold back at all and it was very raw and real. The storyline was interesting and the side characters were really good but the two main characters were just not it. I couldnt really like any of the characters, they were pretty annoying most of the time (all exept than Mr Lee). The best thing in this drama is the relationship between Mr Lee and Min Hee, i believe he was like a father to her and they both felt it even if he never admit it. The male lead wasnt so bad or annoying, but the female lead ruined everything for me, i was about to stop it because she was just so annoying but the side characters just kept me.
Not your average kdrama.
Hope it has second season cause the ending was just not an ending and i hate it.

EASY TO WATCH BUT WITH A DEEP STORYLINE THAT WILL TEACH YOU SOME LESSONS.

Reading the synopsis I found the plotline very interesting, watching the first couple of episodes i wasnt very happy about the show, i think that the first 3 or 4 episodes were quite boring and i thought i should drop it, also i didnt really like any of the main characters, BUT after episode 5 i was very invested (especially about Joo Won). So i am glad i continue watching it .
The characters were at times really annoying but the storyline was good to keep me going. At first i found Eun Sol super annoying but episode after episode she grow on me! I thought that the storyline between Ji Young and Yoon Soo was going to be my favorite but they were really boring and i didnt really like them. Joo Won was my favorite character and her story with Ha Jun was the most interesting and the main reason i kept watching. Also Tae Jin was such a great character and i am happy we get to see a character with a storyline like this.
The character development for some characters was great and also the professor was a great character too.
The friendship between Joo Won and Eun Sol was the best thing in this show (way better friendship that Eun Sol and Ji Young and they had less screentime).

Good show, with so much more depth that i thought.

A VERY HEARTWARMING AND CUTE DRAMA!

Watching the trailer i have to say it didnt caught my eye at first, i wanted to watch it for Joy because i only have watched one drama she played and i wanted to see more, after watching the first couple episodes i really like this drama. Growing up in a village i could relate to many thing this drama had, like the non stop gossip between people etc and even tho i am not from Korea, its fascinating how this kind of behavior exists in every country. I really enjoyed watching this, it was so sweet and cute and also different from many dramas because it was based on a small town, i like that we got to see a traditional side of Korea more. The only thing i didnt really liked is the way they treated the poor animals, i think they took it a little to far, i get that animals are important for the plot but some things werent very necessary.

The characters were very fun to watch and i liked all of them, especially officer Ahn and Ji Yul, they were very well written and their story was so cute, the actors had great chemistry as well. Officer Ahn and her need to help everyone, was so sweet and her friendship with Sang Hyun was sweet too, i am glad for the way this two ended. Ji Yul had a very interesting character and i love how he warmed up while staying in the village, he was my favorite and i have to say that Choo Young Woo not only is a very talented actor, but also a very hot one, he is 100% one of the most beautiful korean actors for now to me. Joy did a very good job here too, i think she is a good actress even tho i have see many people saying she cant act, they are clearly wrong, comedy suits her too.

Overall, this is a fun drama to watch. The love story is so sweet you shouldnt miss it...

A REAL COMEDY! SE JEONG IS THE QUEEN OF COMEDY KDRAMA

I can say this is kinda a hidden gem, i havent see many people talk about it but its a good kdrama. Its a comedy, but it has some really heartwarming moments, it made me cry both from the laughter and the saddness at times. I am not a huge fan of comedies, but this one is very good.

The story isnt something special, but the thing that keeps you is the characters, and when i say characters i dont mean only the main ones, but every single one we got to watch in the entire drama. Ma Eum is a great main character, she was the sunshine of the drama and even tho i usually find kinda annoying characters with traits like hers, i couldnt just not like her, the way she was so positive and always helped, she is amazing, and of cousre once again Se Jeong proved she is the Queen of comedy when it comes to Kdramas, the way she acts is just breathtaking. At some point i was confused, i didnt know who was the male lead, i still dont know who was it... But i like that, i am so bored with the cliches, this is something different. Both male leads were very well written and they had good development as the drama progressed. I have a favorite but i am not going to spoil, i will just say that i loved "love your coworker, love your country". All the PDs were great too, best for me was DP Kwon, his character was extremely interesting and his story was very unexpected but special too. The webtoon artists were very good too, each of them special and i loved their bond with their PDs.Shin Dae Ryuk story was so sad, but i loved the ending for him (and what a glow up...).

In conclusion, this drama is a fun watch and i really believe that you will like it, especially if you like comedies, but even if you dont (like me).

LOVED SEO YEA JI BUT DIDNT LOVE THIS DRAMA

After watching Its Okay to Not be Okay and Lawless Lawyer i had high expectations for this drama, Seo Yea Ji dramas are always top tier for me, but this one didnt live up to my expectations.

Its not a bad drama, but it isnt a great either. The storyline in general isnt something i prefer, but since Seo Yea Ji was part of it, i thought i should give it a try but clearly i didnt enjoy it as much as i would like. The first episodes were actually very entertaining, i can say i liked them a lot, but after episode 10 i just got tired, Since i am not a big revenge plot fan i clearly couldnt adore it, but watching Ra El fell in love with someone she shouldnt, made my heart drop, i understand that you cant control your feelings but in this drama i found it very unnecessary to make her fell in love with him, i would actually prefer if she had stayed loyal to herself, maybe i am little to harsh because i really didnt like Yoon Gyeom. I was barely able to finish it, after the fight scene i just could stand the fact she still loved him. The end was not bad, i like that she moved on and start looking for happiness. I couldnt stand the way some scenes where filmed, i adore Yea Ji eyes but i really disliked how close the camera was in her face sometimes.

The characters actually were very well written, except Yoon Gyeom who didnt had any personality in him, Ra El was a very good character and i really felt for her, i understood her motives and i wanted her to have a happy end, Yea Ji did an incredible job once again, she is an idol. I have already mention how much i dislike Yoon Gyeom, he had zero interest, his character was boring af, the only think he had was the obsession for Ra El, Park Byung Eun had like one or two expressions the whole time, maybe he didnt have much to work with playing such a boring character. So Ra was one of the best character in this drama, she had a terrible character but she was so interesting, and Yoo Sun didnt an amazing job, i was so impressed with her. Last but not least the best character in the drama and one of the best male characters out there Eun Pyung, THIS MAN WAS THE F* STANDARD, this man will always be in my heart for being so cute and soft, i adore him, in my mind him and Ra El met again and they lived happily ever after.

Overall, this drama wasnt the best, it had a lot of things i couldnt stand and after a while i lost interest but it is an okay drama.

MANY BEAUTIFUL STORIES WITH GREAT MESSAGES

A beautiful Kdrama. Every story, every character, every little thing about this drama is so special. Their stories broke my heart and filled me with happiness at the same time, they made me feel so many different emotions. I liked the fact they didnt just stick to one story and have the rest as a filler, every character had the amount of screen time they needed, i think is very hard to make a drama like this, to create so many characters and give them different storylines and at the end manage to involve everyone without messing the timeline. I do believe that some characters could have less screen time so others could have more but that doesnt change the fact they did a great job invloving everyone. I cant say that i have a favorite storyline, all of them were very interesting, but i will have to say that the last two episodes were just something else, maybe because they had so many emotions to them, they made you happy and sad at the same time, two people finding each other after many years and then been torn apart again, so painful. This is a drama that could have 100 episodes and i would continue watch it with the same interest. I find so important when a drama give valuble lessons and this one did a great job on that, i got so many lessons for this that i will keep in mind as i live the rest of my life. They talked about depression, down sydrome, deafness, grief, teen pregnency etc. things that kdramas hide (i think this year we got so many kdramas with great representations aka Tomorrow, My Liberation Notes etc).

The characters had so much depth, they were so well written and with many layers. I can talk for hours for all of them, i dont really have one favorite, i like almost everyone the same, i really feel bad for Dong Seok, at first i thought he was going to be a rude man with zero respect but i was so wrong, he went through so much and he manage to forgive and move on, i am really happy he got the happiness he deserved, same for my girl Seon Ah she made it, she did everything for her son and she deserved happiness too. All characters deserved happiness. Eun Hee broke every stereotype, her character is one of the best in this drama, she isnt the typical middle age women, i loved her and i really hope she ended up with Ho Shik, i think he was in love with her i wanted to see more of them together, her storyline with Han Soo had like zero impact, actually Han Soo character had zero impact, i think it would have been better if they hadnt include him at all, they could have made a story about Eun Hee and Ho Shik instead. Mi Ran is one of my least favorite characters, i really disliked her at some point, but i am glad her friendship with Eun Hee stayed strong (i do believe Eun Hee deserved better). In the first couple of episodes i thought Young Ok was going to be my favorite but at some point i just couldnt like her enough, but i adored her story with her sister. And exactly because i couldnt really like Young Ok, i didnt care about Jung Joon either, i liked him and i loved his relationship with Dong Seok but other then nothing. Ok Dong pissed me of so much at times, but at the end i understand why she did what she did, i just hope she had tried to reconcile with Dong Seok sooner, they deserved more. Choon Hee had an interesting story with her grand daughter but it wasnt something special, the moon scene though was so beautiful. Ho Shik i think is one of my favorite characters, they way he cared about everyone, i wished he had more screen time. In Kwon made me wanna break his head at first but his character development was so good. Jung Hyun and Young Joo had a very important and interesting storyline, i am so happy a kdrama talked about something like that. All of them were great, their chemistry was so good too. (not only between the couples, between everyone)

Overall, this drama is a must watch. So many great stories and so many feelings.
I am going to end this review with a quote from this drama that i will always keep in my mind and heart
"THERE IS ONE THING WE MUST REMEMBER IN OUT LIFETIME WE WERENT BORN INTO THIS WORLD TO SUFFER OR FEEL MISERABLE, WE WERE BORN TO BE HAPPY!"

GIVE A WHOLE SHOW TO THE SECOND COUPLE ASAP

I started this after I watch a video in TikTok with Yu Ra and Nam Ho, aka the second couple, and i loved their episodes.
I didnt know that they were three seperate storylines so when i watched the first two episodes i was confused, i thought i started a different drama, but quickly i release that the next story was about the couple i started the drama in the first place.

First couple wasnt really interesting to me. The whole masturbate storyline wasnt my thing and the fact that everything happened so fast didnt help it either, the characters werent anything special and i didnt like their chemistry either, if i had started this drama blind, i would have deffinatly drop it, but gladly i knew for the second couple. I gave 5.5 to the first couple, the storyline probably deserved less.

Now lets go to the second couple and the NVP of this show. I believe they deserve their own drama and i am glad they got 3 episodes and not 2 like the others. Their chemistry was out of this place and i developed a huge crush for Nam Ho. They treated this storyline excellent and i would love to see more of them (i need the actors in another show together). I dont have much to say just watch this drama for them (if you dont want to waste your time just watch episodes 3,4 and 5 aka their story) I gave them a 9.5 just because they really needed to have better communication (friends to lovers and fake romance trope, you dont need to know anything else WATCH THEIR STORY ASAP).

The third storyline was kinda suprising. After the second couple the bar when really high, so i had little expectations for the third couple and i was right. It wasnt a bad story, but some things were just not right, the whole J thing and the way they treated the girl because she had more weight and i am not talking about the characters, i understand that the plotline was about her being insulted about her weight at times, i dont like that they writers didnt treat her equally to the rest of the main girls (if you watch this you will understand what i mean) It wasnt a bad story and i kinda liked the ending (she loved herself first) but i cant say i really liked it. I gave this a 7, the storyline was decent.

Even tho i only enjoyed the second couple i have to say that it was a raw drama, it talk about things that most dramas dont even mention and the way they portrait love without a filter was really cool, the kisses were so damn good and they didnt try to hide the truth like most dramas do, they talked about sex etc openly. I really like that i watched a drama that didnt hide the truth and the main characters were high schoolers too.

Not a bad drama, but the was second couple made it worth watching.

REALISTIC FRIENDS TO LOVERS TROPE

I always adore this kind of trope, i think friends to lovers trope is my favorite and this show is exactly what i wanted and expected. The story is fast but at the same time deep, you can see all the emotions in their acting, they both are amazing in what they doing (it was actually the first drama i watched with these two), they did a great job. This drama was on point, the relationship between these two and their struggle to not lose their friendships was so realistic (i am speaking from personal experience). The songs were very good and i will 100% continue listening to them, they were right placed in each scene and they give a whole other experience to the viewer, some of them made me tear while i was listening. The unrequited love they portrayed was so touching and they gave an exeptional explanation to the term "unrequited love". I loved how they made us question if they will end up together, but really the ending was so beautiful.
I believe that best friends are soulmates not matter if they like each other romantically or not.

Truly beautiful drama.

CHARACTER DRIVEN KDRAMA! DOESNT DESERVE THE HATE

I didnt had many expectations from this due to all the negative comments i have seen, but i really liked this.
I actually havent watch any other drama of the main leads (crazy i know) so i went into this blind, i didnt know if i would like the actors (i cant watch a kdrama if i find the actors bad) but i knew that both of them have many fans, so i started it and i can tell you i fell in love with both of them and i look forward for their next projects.
I think the key in this drama is the characters and not the plot! Actually the plot was quite odd and some things didnt make much sense but the strong characters and their development was so great that i loved it. So if you are looking for a plot driven drama this isnt for you. The chemistry between the two leads was breathtaking and i would love to see them play together again some day, even tho i think Dae Hyun feelings for Saet Byul came kinda out of nowhere, or at least he moved on quite fast, at least they didnt rush into a relationship (i liked that it was a slow burn).
The ending was good but i wish we had seen more information about the future for some side characters, actually some of them just disappear at the last couple of episodes, for example Ji Wook, we saw his goodbye to Saet Byul but i think at the end they could have told us what happened to him.

Anyway the show is so much better than people say (at least for me) It has some really good moments, very funny moments, cute too.

Give it a try!

A MUST WATCH WITH DEEP AND IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Such a good show and really underrated. It made me cry more times i want to admit and i wasnt ready to have my heart broken. I didnt thought that it would be so emotional and deep, i knew that it talks about school violance but they did such an amazing job both the writers and the actors that surpised me with how good they portraited bullying.
Everything in this show is great, the storyline is so interesting and it actually leaves you waiting to see what is going to happen next, it has the right amount of suspense and mystery, the characters are all well written with many layers, i really adore all the main six characters and the relationships they create, romantic or not. I love how they didnt drag the story even if we only got eight episodes (i believe that quality is more important than quantity).
I believe that everyone should watch it at least once because the message behide is so important.

Highly recommented!

IS WELL KNOWN SECOND SEASONS ONLY LET FANS DOWN. A-TEEN WAS NOT A DIFFERENCE!

I was so happy to see we had a second season, i really loved all of them and i wanted to see more of them, but it really left a bad taste after i finished season 2. It is well known that its really hard to make a successful second season and A-Teen didnt make a difference.
Two main characters of the first season didnt had any screen time at all, the amazing friendship was almost never shown and the two new characters even if they were interesting really spoiled the dynamic between the 6 original characters. At times i really disliked the new characters, maybe i loved the old ones way to much so i couldnt open my heart to them.
Since the end of season one i really wanted Kim Ha Na and Ha Min to come closer and i thought it was going to happen but the end only hurt my feelings, maybe thats why i didnt like the new characters.
An okay season but really nothing special, i kinda wish the had ended the series in season one.
