No one wears a mask better than Kim Woo Bin
I absolutely loved this. I was hooked from the start, and never got the feeling they were unnecessarily stretching the storyline. It’s a plus for me, that it’s only 6 episodes, it feels like a really good, really long movie. very bingeable ;)I also loved the acting, each character really pulled me in, and I will never forget …
the eyes of Kim Woo Bin!
I don’t think anyone could’ve played that part better. He’s fierce, he’s fire and he is fiiiine !!
I will definitely rewatch this show, please Netflix, keep it there for a long time!

fun watch!
I really enjoyed this drama. The story was well paced, and the episodes not too long, it felt like a long movie. There wasn't a moment when i thought 'ugh they're stretching this soo bad, this doesn't have any value to the story' , no.
There was (physical) tension at the right moments and just long enough too make you go 'ooooooh', but not cringe.
And obviously the chemistry between the two leads, it was so believable, from the bickering, to the gazes, all the way down to the kissezzz
Now all there's left to do is hope for a season two? ;-)

so i lied ...
I did not watch the final episode and I am not planning to in the immediate future.I knew something was off from the moment they were all happy in their appartement and there was still one full episode to go.
Then at the end, he needs to go out for salt, he smiles, its slo-mo
Enough said...
I dont want to know the ending, it can end with happily ever after right here thank you very much
I don't know why some writers like tormenting their audiences like this. This went from my favorite HIStory to one I'll never ever complete

i'm so confused
So i loved the story up until ep.14, but then the writers decide to mess up a perfectly good love story, a happy ending in the making.No. Instead they crush our souls and give him cancer, what the ...
But still, i had hope. I figured, noooo he's not gonna die, they wouldn't do that. But there it was. his grieving mom comes to give back her tea cup. Really???
At this point i' m bawling my eyes out, mad at the writers for this kind of ending.
Nearly ready to turn of the tv and end this series, there is a flashback to where Jun enters the room while Rara plays piano.
And I think 'Oh Great another flashback, rub salt in the wound'
But then apparently he wasn't dead? What?
As Bella would say "These mood swings are giving me a whiplash"
Loved it up to ep.14, it just crashed and burned from there

its like a warm hug
Why is this drama not mentioned more often in ‘to watch’ lists?? I’m going to start a petition and spread the word, more people need to watch this! This show made me smile, laugh, cry, go ‘ooh’ and ‘aaaw’ so many times. It was funny, romantic and so, so full of love.
Not love just romantically, but family wise. It is almost a commercial for having a big family at home. I felt a little bit of ‘empty nest syndrome’
towards the end!
Also, the chemistry between all main characters was, to me, amazing. The scenes with Gyu-Jin and Jae-Sook were hilarious, the casting was so good!!
I just love love loveeeed this show so much! Will definitely rewatch it!!

spoiler alert
spoiler alertSo netflix recommended this film to me as 'warm rom-com', a 'feel good' film
Now I know, that the person who wrote that did not see this movie. It was such a beautiful story, i loved it really... but the ending still pisses me off. Oh no i'm not just heartbroken, I'm angry.
What writer in their right mind thinks it's ok to end a movie like this? To take away my warm cuddly feelings that they've been building for over an hour and just obliterate them. Why?
And shame on Netflix for getting my hopes up. They ought to fire the person who wrote that description.
Other than the ending, i loved it ...

My favorite HIStory so far
I was so pleasantly surprised with this one.First of all, the story was great. It was a good build up, a little anxiety (the kind were you need to hit pause, take a 5 minute break, calm yourself and then continue)
But I was most impressed with the acting.
The 2 main leads had such a great chemistry. They took the story to a higher level. But maybe the biggest star for me was He Cheng En. He was the comical glue between the lovey dovey and the drama llama.
I'll definitely rewatch this one!

liked the story
The first episode was very chaotic to me. It went back and forth without context, it was very confusing.luckily it didn't take long. Once the story really took off, it got very endearing and I really fell in love with the characters.
i say characters, not actors, 'cause personally I think the acting was a bit of a letdown. There were times when the student was supposed to be crying but it looked more like smiling, almost laughing to me.
I can't believe no one in production noticed this.
Luckily the story made up for it. Especially the last episode gave me the warm and cuddly feelings quite a few times. So all in all, not bad

It's all in the eyes
This was a very emotional drama, for me it hit home on a lot of levels. But in every scene, when 10 words are said, there's a hundred words said in the eyes of Nut and Phob. They did such a good job, acting out so many emotions, i binged the show in one sitting, cried on several occasions.
They were boasting about their favorite scene though, that it was the last one, but seriously? what do you mean? the call? why why why?
I'm happy no one died, so far, .. but what happened to Tar?? Come oooooon

loved it
I was so invested in this series, i binged the whole thing, started on new years eve, finished new years day.I hope my new year can be filled with just a drop of the love the two main characters were able to portray here.
I don't even understand the negative remarks about this show.
Yes, it has a few triggers, but I'm not sensitive myself. I just enjoyed the budding romances, growing into passion. And the kissing scenes, yess, this is why I love BL drama's, the passionate kisses, totally made me want to reinstall tinder. However, posting 'BL drama' as an interest on my tinder profile might not be the smartest idea :-D

hilarious
This is one of the funniest series I've seen in a while. The main character 'mob' plays his role so well, his face expressions and inner monologues are on point.
I think I laughed so hard even my neighbours heard.
Also, very binge worthy since it doesnt take that long, i went through all of it in one sitting (it says here 120 min but one rakuten it was divided into 4 episodes)
The scene where he was smelling the backs of his possible 'saviors', was hilarious,
and i loved the 'bubble love' theme song
starting on that second season right away!

does not dissapoint
Yes it is bloody, gruesome, but whoever watched the first season knew that was coming.Besides that, i love that most of the games actually have some kind of morale too at the end.
i loved the back stories too, more background to a lot of characters, and i for one am satisfied with the ending. It could have gone in a lot of directions, they picked a good one.
Also, big huzaa for the visual effects team. especially the scene where the whole city was overgrown with nature, it looked surreal, applaus
Would definitely rewatch!

just .. wow
This was such an emotional rollercoaster, but damn what a ride. I knew going into this, it had to be something special, because Nam Yoon Su was so adamant he wanted to play this role, you won’t go all out on a whim. And dang he was right. The story grabbed me by the throat and never let go. There were moments I laughed so hard, others that made me cry. But the writing was so good, I’ll be out looking for the book now.
And Yoon Su.. thank you. For being willing to translate the words and ideas of this character into this beautiful drama. I hope you win many awards for this one cause you deserve it.
Now all I need to know is… do we get a season two? ???

it feels like watching a school play
Okay, the story is very predictable but right up my alley. From the start, you know Venus and Sky will end up together, because, hello, name of the show.. but the road towards that end was very.. amateuristic. Half of the time I felt like watching a school play, especially Venus, sorry to say, but I just didn’t feel it. His ‘love’ felt really forced which totally ruined the re-watch value of the show for me. I do hope to see Tod in other shows though, his smile lit up the room, he was much more genuine. As for the NC scenes, they have to be some of the most explicit and spiciest I’ve seen in a BL, so a lot of credit to the actors and directors for that.
Now just work on the emotions part of the show and you’ve got a winner for sure ?
