Jiang Yuelou is a cop whose name is enough to tremble and shake the villains.He accidentally gets acquainted with a gentle,refined,kind doctor Chen Yuzhu,who is poles apart in nature with Jiang Yuelou.
Both of them,though unwilling initially,become close friends gradually.However,the past events once again resurface and drastic changes occur in their lives.
The plot set in Republican era of China,is good and progresses at a good pace.It keeps you hooked to know what's going to happen next and at the same time focuses on relations,emotions and friendship between the leads.Mao Zijun and Ian Yi were good at portraying their roles.The rest of the cast is decent.
All the aspects were portrayed perfectly,whether investigation,or emotions.
Overall a very good watch.I will definitely recommend to watch this drama which is engaging from the beginning to the end.
