It had intrigue and suspense and mystery and was unpredictable till the very end, much unlike the typical completely cliched dramas where you could practically predict what would happen next, word for word.
Although I expected it to be much like Faith, it completely exceeded my expectations, staying true to the medical drama form, and much more interesting than the usual medical dramas as it was set back in the Joseon period and was also intertwined with actual history. Time Slip Dr. Jin managed to weave time travel, alternate universes, the butterfly effect and other theories that so called 'similar' dramas failed to take notice of, and I think that it was this that set this drama in a different league.
The characters were reasonable and practical and realistic (at least, mostly) and this definitely gave the drama the depth that many other dramas lack. I honestly loved it!

What I absolutely loved (aside from Song Hyegyo who I've been a fan of since Autumn in My Heart) is how the storyline wasn't as cliched as most dramas! It was actually realistic and, yes, cheesy. The reason it wasn't like other dramas is because it was.. truthful.
When you see someone that good looking would you really fall for their heart at first sight? No, that's just a fairytale. I think that's what caught my attention about this from the first episode on.
(P.S. I'm usually very picky about the music in dramas but I gave this one a 10 because of XIA Junsu, I'll be honest.)
In conclusion, it's a great drama that is definitely worth your time!

I think the storyline was very well thought out and much more intriguing than a majority of the other high school dramas I've watched. For once I wasn't annoyed with the female lead character, and instead really related to her, the casts acting was flawless which is probably what made me love this drama so much and... just every part of the flow of the drama was on point.
This drama is the kind where you smile and cry with the characters, and you feel their pain and their happiness. It was indulgent and interesting, (and not to mention the very good looking cast with their adorable characters that make it hard not to fall head over heels for them!)
Mostly it was the female lead that made this drama for me, as I'm just a little bit (extremely) tired of the typical damsel in distress, and everything about this drama, from the characters to the cast, the storyline to the extremely catchy soundtracks (Reset by Tiger JK and Jinsil), I would definitely watch this again and again!

And although it was great, the storyline etc etc like most of the other people who have watched this drama, the female lead was.. a little upsetting to say the least. It did stay true to fate and destiny and true love and that did make the whole drama much more romantic when you really think about it... But with the flow of the drama it didn't exactly go the way everyone expected it to BUT I still refuse to say that it was disappointing!
Their acting was amazing, the storyline was great, there was action and love and it was thrilling and suspenseful and I would list it as one of my favorite dramas. Would I watch Dr. Stranger again? Yes! It was an amazingly structured drama and maybe I didn't agree with the ending, but who cares! This is one of the few dramas that the ending did not take away the general value of the whole drama!

It is a very teenage-school comedy drama that you probably wouldn't enjoy if you're the type who like serious dramas with extensive plots. But I found this drama absolutely adorable!
It's fast moving enough that you wouldn't get bored, and cheesy enough to keep your toes curling, with enough feeling and backstories that will get you relating hard to the characters and not to mention it has a pretty good cast and a lot of really good lookers. A little warning though, if you're here for the cheerleading part of it, that really isn't the center of this drama.
It's about friendships and struggles and general life in high school. Unlike other high school dramas this one delves a little deeper into the students lives and (what some people would find to be) touchy subjects like suicide.
With a braveheart not-so-smart heroine and a brainiac sunshine-smiled hero, this cute drama will have you laughing and crying and feeling all kinds of things you've never felt before!
