Actually Yoochun is the most adequate character in this drama!!! He is just not strange, but fair, with character and his opinion, who knows how to stand up for himself and for people close to him!

Those are really weird! Where is he weird? All his actions here are so clear and transparent that there is no trace of strangeness! Everything is logical and consistent .. probably the scriptwriter was trying to show how difficult it is for people to survive in a society of idiots (in this case, this is the society where Yoochun was) such as Yoochun who differ from the herd by having a brain, thinking and a sense of justice and self-respect!
