Feminist Claptrap
This is the 2nd worst k drama I have seen thus far. It was so bad I almost stopped watching it several times but I soldiered on to the end. The main problem lies in its feminist ideology. It proposes that marriage is the death of love and that getting a divorce is the way to true love. As a result, the main love story is nonsensical and unbelievable. I don't know who the original writer/author/etc. is, but I would bet anything that it is a feminist. Feminist tropes permeate throughout making it almost unwatchable.
As a result all, and I mean ALL, of the men are shown in a negative light. You will not find a single positive male role in this drama. From socially awkward to emotionally immature to the oh so predictable rapist. Of course all, and I mean ALL, of the women are flawless.
Skip this drama unless you hate men and/or traditional Korean culture.
