This drama is sooo underrated. I planned on watching it, but kept putting it off. In the end I started it and it was not what I expected. It was way better than what I thought. Just one thing I didn't really like about this was ep 38, but other than that everything was amazing. The two main couples and their chemistry were superb. Especially the main couple, from the beginning they just clicked. Another thing about this series was the OST, AMAZING AF. The OST itself just made the ratings for me go off the charts. This is a short review, but I just want to say it is worth the watch. Don't worry about MDL Ratings just go for it.Was this review helpful to you?
I Just Have To Say This Is An Amazing Drama
This review is not going to be very long, so first of all they picked the greatest actors for this series. Cheng Yi and Crystal Yuan just have amazing chemistry. The kiss scenes were amazing, and they just felt real. For me this was an emotional rollercoaster; I was bursting out laughing and there were times where I cried my eyes out. Zhang Yu Xi did amazing, her acting was superb as always. Even the villains were excellent because I absolutely hated them. Overall they did an amazing Job. I just hope they make more dramas like these, I never skipped one episode, or skipped ahead in an episode. btw the OST was amazing. I loved the opening song wasn't historical like, but in a way it was. Xuanji and SiFeng were badasses. Anyway this is a must watch drama.Was this review helpful to you?
Amazing
I put this drama off a lot, I heard there wasn't any major kiss scenes or anything. But after I watched this I realized it didn't matter at all. It was amazing. The chemistry between the main couple were amazing. I just have to say it was a great ending even though the last 5 episodes made me cry my eyes out. This is a great c-drama to watch, especially if you have time. The comedy in this show also made it amazing. I thought it would be dry, but I laughed a lotttt. There was a few episodes where I was just proud. "Women Power". Those episodes made me look at this drama in a whole new light. Having badass females were amazing. Lastly the OST.....THE OST WAS ON TOP. Anyway this is a must watch if you have time to watch.Was this review helpful to you?
Just 5 words YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS
This is such an amazing drama, you will need to be prepared to cry. Its just one of the best family dramas I've seen since reply 1988. They picked the best cast for this drama, there is romance in this drama, but the friendship and family is what it is all about. From the beginning you can hit who she will be with in the end. But one thing I have to add is that the child actors are such good actors. The kids made up the entire drama, they are the ones who for me made the drama seem what it is now. Their whole family is just a masterpiece, there are some characters that I hatedddd, but they all grew on me. Just In general you need to make some time to watch this drama, you definitely won't regret it. P.S. The Leads Have Amazing Chemistry
I just have to say that this drama is absolutely amazing. The FL and ML are super sweet. Ive seen so many dramas about an actor dating someone who is a profile status, but this blew me away. First let's talk about storyline. The FL and ML are in an arranged marriage with each other. I hope this isn't a spoiler but the FL lead does chase the ML, but the ML is loving it. One of the episodes was just amazing, full of sweet kisses and hugs. The leads obviously have to keep their relationship a secret from the public because the FL is an actor, but that does not stop the romance. All these things don't just apply to the Main leads but also the second couple. They are absolutely adorable. I don't want to say too much because I might end up spoiling everything . This Is A Must Watch You Wont Regret It
First of all I just want to thank the producers who picked this amazing cast, especially Bai Lu and Leo Luo. So to start it all of it was just an amazing drama. One of the best Chinese romance office dramas i've seen. The story was great too, but I would say its kinda like the usual business office problems, but It had an unexpected twist. The romance was amazing though, the chemistry between the two leads just made this drama so much better. Even the second lead couple was super cute. Im not lying but the kiss scenes were out of this world. One thing I loved is that this drama is not dubbed. Riley Wang spoke English and I was sooo happy. But if you don't really like romance business dramas, just watch this drama for the chemistry between the leads. Even the comedy in this drama was pure gold.
