if the plot confuses you Just watch the ORIGINAL

Honesty as a fan of original version I can't review this drama without prejudice.
It has been a year after I heard about Korean remake version of Someday or one day. I am excited and looking forward to watching it. But after I finished watching episode 1, I wasn't sure if this was a drama I really wanted to watch.

Of course, in terms of production costs, the Korean version is higher than the original version.
Whether it's the cinematography, the background, the camera angle, everything looks beautiful, but I think it looks like there's too much filtering applied to it and it doesn't look natural.
I know it's normal for Korean dramas to have bright beautiful backgrounds. But I think it doesn't really fit with this drama.

Since it is a remake version so I cannot help but compare to the original version there are many things that I disappointed.

1. Many scenes was cut off
Actually, a lot of scenes at the beginning of this drama show how heartbroken and upset Female lead (Huang Yu Xuan) is after lost her boyfriend in a plane crashed. And why, after two years, she still cannot move on. Some people might think that it was slow and boring scenes but I think it is very important scenes to build up the emotion into the characters.
That's why I didn't feel that emotion from Han Jun-hee.

2. OST
Originally the biggest impact of this drama is OST.
Seo Ji-won's Gather my tears doesn't have strong impact comparing to Wu Bai's Last Dance.

3. Friendship between 3 main characters
Korean version seems to show more of a high school love triangle than a friendship.
Also, they gave less air-screen time for Jung In-gyu so we didn't see the point of view of him that much.

4. The Character's switch
As you know, both the male and female leads must act in different ages and roles.
They have to act in roles between the ages of 10s-40s.
Jeon Yeo-been : Present Han Jun-hee, Young Han Jun-hee, Kwon Min-ju, Han Jun-hee in Kwon Min-ju's body, Kwon Min-ju act like Han Jun-Hee
Ahn Hyo-seop : Nam Si-heon's in Koo Yeon-jun's body, Real Koo Yeon-jun, High School Nam Si-heon, Old Nam Si-heon

But actually I didn't see the difference. Their acting skills aren't bad. But he just doesn't fit the character.

5. The Ending
In my opinion, it's not memorable ending.

The Best Time Travel Drama Ever!!!

Honestly, I haven't seen Taiwanese Drama for a long time since 'Autumn's Concerto' in 2009.
I found 'Someday or one day' by Korean's recommend drama on SNS.
I just start watched it without reading the synopsis and I didn't expect anything from this drama.
But after I watch 2 episodes I already into it. The plot was very fantastic and I can't stop to watch it.
I love all the storyline, acting, music of this drama.
I strongly recommend 'Someday or one day' for whos love Time Travel, Romantic, Friendship, Family theme drama.
You will never disappoint and waste your time for sure.
● Alice Ke's Acting
She is a talent actress. I surprised that she can play two different roles in the same time. She made everyone believed that Huang Yu Xuan and Chen Yun Ru is not the same person. Also, it doesn't awkward at all.
● Greg Han's Acting
Li Zi Wei / Wang Quan Sheng will be my best male lead for me all the time. I admired his acting that he can played the character in various age.
I hope Taiwan will continue produce Good-Quality drama in the future. :)

I LOVE OST but not the drama

I'm Time Travel drama fan but not for this drama.
I expected that the writer can do her job better than this. I was disappointed and not recommend even if you guys are Lee Je Hoon or Shin Min Ah's fans either. Not even surprise that rating of this drama was going down every weeks.
I don't like Yoo So Joon character. This is romance drama but his character don't want to die so he try many times to change the future. The story telling confused me so much.
I only listening to Seo In Guk - Tomorrow with you. He did a great job ^^b.

Father and Daughter Love

I am a big fan of Fantasy dramas like Time travel, Parallel Universe.
When I saw the trailer I thought it must be fun to watch.
⅓ of the all episodes are starring Child actors/actresses and they amazed me by their acting skills.
They made me believe that they are an adult in a child’s body.
When young Lin Zhao Xi tried to prove that Lin Zhao Sheng is her father is so cute. She call him “爸 (Bà means Father) all the time.
The most touching scene for me is the scene where Lin Zhao Sheng sat on the road and apologized to young Lin Zhao Xi (from strawberries world) that he was sorry for not raising her since baby. And then when he introduces himself as her father and he will take care of her from now on, that makes me cry. To be honest I like the cheese world’s father rather than the strawberry world’s father even though he found his kid after more than 10 years. He is so warm, kind and talks with Lin Zhao Xi like a friend.
I love how he changes jobs every time his daughter moves school.
From the 10th episode I don’t think young Lin Zhao Xi & Pei Zhi and adult Lin Zhao Xi & Pei Zhi are the same person because I cannot feel the connection between each character. The personalities are very different even though I know that when growing up personalities can be changed.
Now I’m watching until the 27th episode. After that, I will revise this review again.

Product Placement Show

When Netflix started promoted the Drama a month before on-air it normally to expect many things from them.
Especially, Male and Female leads are very famous among international fans.
After I watch first episode I still confused about the plot and theme of this drama but it's okay because it just started.
I try to give a chance many times but I cannot get along with it. Actually, the storyline was very strong but every scenes has so many PPL (for example, Bubble Tea, The Balm coming from nowhere, Kimchi, Lightening mask(?) etc..)
I known that this is Big Project and production team need a money for budget. BUT every scenes was TOO MUCH for me.
So I gave up to understand the drama and need to say goodbye to this show.
I hope the actors will choose another better project for them.
