Romantic comedy drama has always been my favorite since God knows when. First and foremost, Gypso is my favorite Thai actress since her drama with Puttichai in I Want To Be A Superstar. I definitely gotta give her "The Queen of Rom-Com". Suits her the best. Their chemistry in the previous drama is as good as this one. Somehow the drama is not as catchy as the previous. I can't help but to compare both drama. Overall, it's not bad at all. I gotta admit one thing. I skipped scenes because I felt the drama went kinda draggy. It felt somewhat like I'm watching the movie, The Proposal. It's not the same at all but its somewhat felt like that. Well, you can disagree with me but that's my opinion.

Another thing that I like about this drama is the characters. My most favorite character is Waen's grandma. She's the coolest ever. She's very understanding and super supportive of her one and only granddaughter. Lucky Waen to have an amazing grandma like that. For that, I give two thumbs up (ten if I have more thumbs :P). Plus, she's very bold and daring. Good thing Waen got that side of her grandma in her.

The least favorite is Sing's dad. I can understand that he's being quite old school and traditional type but sometimes he need to give some space for his kids to grow even though 2 of them are married. It's not always perfect with marriage. Its understandable for the father wanting a happy marriage but its always good to give some time and space for the whole family. He's not a bad father at all. He's concern and being responsible for his kids after having to lose one in the past. Perhaps he doesn't want the history to repeat itself again in the family. Good thing Waen's grandma gave Sing's dad a piece of her mind before he regrets it.

The grandkids are so cute especially Tuktik. Poor kid have to listen to the shouting and screaming. Its happy ending for Tuktik and her parents too, that's the beautiful part. Cookie is the most calmest dog ever. That fella is a cute dog too. My other favorite character in the drama. LOL! Anyway, the drama has been wonderful especially on Waen and Sing's parts. The rest I'm not too sure. Apart for the rom-com parts, I can say its the typical family story where you and I can see in reality. Happy ending to all. :)

Its definitely in my favorite romantic-comedy list and its good to see Lee Seung-gi made his comeback after two years. Well, the movie is a simple romantic-comedy. Not much of lovey-dovey. Most of the scenes (the power obsessed between among royals & nobles) are pretty much typical for me especially when you watch historical movie or drama. The best part of the movie that I enjoyed the most will be when the princess began her adventure. The funny and little bit of sweet moments started there. There's a bit of actions which I always liked it. Plus, it's good to see another simple yet sweet romantic-comedy movie. Unfortunately, I'm not quite happy with the ending though. So let's put it that way. Overall, its a great movie.

I don't normally watch long series like this whether from Japan or Korea. Somehow I came across with a video and as always I watched the trailer and I got myself hooked. One thing I have to say is this drama is very different any other drama I have watched. I'm not quite a fan of melodrama or something super dramatic. Hanbun, Aoi particularly not too dramatic and not too melodrama. It is just nice. Plus, it's 156 episodes and 15 minutes drama. I don't mind the duration of the drama but I do mind the length of it. LOL. Anyway, I challenged myself and I've completed. At least my quarantine days wasn't that boring after all.

Yes, I've patiently completed the drama and did slightly skipped a couple of scenes. Hehehe... Anyway, the drama tells a story of young girl named Suzume Nireno. She's a girl with big dreams and always chase for that dream despite of what others say. Despite not being to able to listen on one side of her ear, it didn't stopped her pursuing her dreams. This drama has such a sweet, funny and yet quite sad story to it. I would recommend it of course. It's really fast and you won't realize how fast you will be able to finish because it's only 15 minutes. I'm gonna have a bit of hard time to get over this drama and move to a new one but all ends well and that's all matter. Enjoy!

I've barely finish watching this drama. Too early for me to say anything. I've seen numbers of people who already watched this drama and they're not happy with this drama. In other word, a complete DISAPPOINTMENT.

One thing that annoys me about this drama is when Habaek (Nam Joo Hyuk) keep boasting himself about being the God. I thought he already made it clear about it since first episode. Apart from that, the rest is just fine.

This is what I think - the drama is almost fine. It's not that all bad. For me, I just think that there can be someone else who can play as Habaek. I don't think it suits Nam Joo Hyuk that well. It doesn't give the right vibe if anyone know what I mean. I don't know how to put into words. I think Nam Joo Hyuk took the challenge to play a character that is different than any of his previous roles. That's very daring of him, I would say.

I was not all disappointed with this drama. Even if other actor took the role as Habaek, probably the reception of the drama can be just about the same. The question is, who is suitable for the role? Or what can be better?

However, I've seen quite a lot of familiar faces in the drama, which is surprising. As usual, the one actor whom I always watch play as the bad guy is back being the bad guy in this drama. That one never fail to impress me. He did it good. Its never been easy to play as a bad guy.

Finally, I've completed watching this series. Well, this series could be better. I realized after a while that Moo Ra's character is so bossy although she meant well for the sake of Habaek and Bi Ryeom. Anyway, its pretty good.

Heartwarming

One word describe this drama - heartwarming. A love story between couples and heartwarming story about family. I enjoyed it so much. I don't like saying goodbye to a nice, heartwarming drama like this one. The bickering between father and daughter is so common. When it comes to illness of a family member can be sad but it can be one good reason to bring back one family together and heal the broken-hearted and the anger inside. I cried a little bit by the last episode. Well, it's quite a sad moment. It's still a pretty nice drama with a beautiful ending for sure. If you haven't watch, then you should.

The typicalness of fantasy drama

Firstly, the drama is quite good. Not all that bad. Plot quite good. Not too much of action but still good. My first time watching the lead actor, Li Yifeng. He's already in my favorite list. Anyway, the ending is so as expected as typically coming from historical-fantasy drama. I have seen so many historical/fantasy drama and the ending don't always turn out as you would've expected. Its good to have some expectations now and then when it comes to ending and sometimes give a bit the benefit of the doubt but not too much cuz it will be disappointing. I would be pissed over the ending but then it is so typical so I won't react. Its fate of the characters. Well the bad guys dead and happy ending for the good guys. I look forward for the sequel and what the next story of Kongsang will be like.

Sweet and Funny

I think I have seen quite a few funny drama. This one in particular is just purely funny from the beginning to the end. Watching Li Hong Yi played that cold character yet funny is quite interesting. The line of casts are just funny. Some scenes can be quite serious but still funny. I feel like laughing at some serious scenes and I can't help it. The love story part is like any other rom-com drama I've seen but this drama particularly is interesting. It is so much fun to watch. There were a bit of actions but moderate. Although I do wish to see Jin Feng and Yun Zheng actually have an extra ending with some kids perhaps but even their ending was funny which was just so cool. You could some pretty cool gadgets and devices during ancient era which quite rare. If some of you think this drama is not your flavor, I think you should give it a try and watch because I thought I wouldn't watch and I actually enjoyed it.

Surprisingly, not disappointing

As a start, I didn't plan to watch this drama. Somehow I came across it on TV and I got stuck. Surprisingly, this drama is pretty good and quite interesting. The casts were pretty good. It is my first time watching the main lead casts, Zheng Yecheng and Hu Yi Xuan. The chemistry between these two leads were pretty good. I started watching from episode 20 but had to watch the beginning. It didn't disappoint me at all. As for the ending, it was a good one. Nice ending for Nannan and Luo Ji but unexpected ending for Na Xi and Prince Ning. Who would've known. Chu Yue's character was quite a sad yet a cheerful and pretty naughty princess. Whatever the struggles and difficulties that she has to go through, it didn't bring her down easily. Of course, I enjoy watching Xue Yao and Chu Yue together. They were so sweet and cute together. It is quite sucks when one character is tangled with mystical power and caught in a pretty tragic situation. Typically that's what most fantasy drama would be like.

Story is okay but the ending is disappointing (not much of spoilers)

Firstly, I am so disappointed with the ending. Not what I expected. Whoever watch this drama will be as disappointed as I am. However, the storyline is not bad at all. It's pretty okay. Well, the main leads, Zheng Yecheng and Janice Wu were the reason I started to watch this drama in the first place. The ending was a cliffhanger. I think there is more to the ending but then I also feel like that's it for the ending.
Anyway, as for Mu Le and Yuan'An, although there were e a lot of scenes of them together, I feel like they don't really have that much of sweet and romantic moments together. Somehow they always got into trouble wherever they are. I suppose the sweetest and somewhat romantic moment was when Mu Le always there to protect her but Yuan'An always have Zhou Lanzhi in her mind which I think it is nice but I wasn't hoping for that. As for Zhou Lanzhi and Minghui, they got their good ending. Peace was brought to the two kingdoms, Suoluo and Tang.
I would give 9 stars to this drama but the storyline by the ending doesn't reach to my expectations so I give 8.5 stars instead which is quite high enough. If there ever be a second series for this drama, I look forward to it and I hope this time the ending will be better.

I've always like action drama or movies. This one particular drama is exactly what I like. What got me into this drama is my ultimate favorite actor, Kim Young Kwang. Sadly, I only watched the best scenes with him in it (although I did skip a bit on some of his scenes). Basically, I didn't watch thoroughly. Even skipping to the best scenes, I can understand the storyline of the drama. I don't know about others but for me, it felt like the movie, V for Vendetta meet Robin Hood. Wll, some of the episodes of the drama felt like that.

What I don't quite like is Kim Young Kwang's character at first. Quite pain in the butt. LOL! But seriously, his character is annoying. He did well. First time I've watched him in that kind of role. Surprisingly, the actor who played the senior prosecutor actually worked with Kim Young Kwang in D-Day if anyone watched that drama.

Lee Si Young was awesome. She's incredible. I'm sure many of you have read the news about her in the early pregnancy during the shooting of the drama. Kudos to her. Her baby was a miracle baby for sure to stand so much of pressure during the filming, as well to Lee Si Young as well.

Overall, the drama was great. I want to see more action with Kim Young Kwang in it. I look forward to see him in more drama.

P/S: The ending was really not what I expected. Not a fan of the ending.

Absolutely my kinda movie. Firstly I'm surprise to see a lot of familiar faces when I checked through the list of casts. I am more surprised to see some of the casts play a character that's actually different than what they usually play in movie or drama especially Ju Ji Hoon as I remember most of his previous characters are more serious and less funny.

The storyline is interesting. There is something that King Yeomra said at the end which struck me a lot and totally agree with him (you gotta watch it in order to find out). During last trial, it really got me to tears. I expect some of Cha Tae Hyun's scenes were funny but not much. It felt more of a sympathy towards him. Even his character is quite different than any of his previous characters that he played before in other movies or drama.

I look forward to the second installment of the movie.

Firstly, I didn't watch the Season 1 of this drama. Secondly, I don't know what really made me started to watch this drama. Somehow I watched this drama from first episode until the final episode. It's a good drama. I didn't exactly went crazy over this drama but I like it nevertheless. I'm not gonna spill the beans on the content of the drama. I will say that this is one of the best drama so far for 2017 and personally for me. I recognized some of the casts because I watched them in other dramas which I'm sure all of you would be the same as well and I tend to check their profiles. Actually there is one reason why I watched this drama in the first place. It's because of an actor, Son Seung-won, who played as Im Sung-min, a close friend of Song Ji-won, who played by Park Eun-bin. I've seen Park Eun-bin in some of her other dramas as well and one of the drama was the latest 2017 drama, "Father, I'll Take Care of You". Each and every characters in this drama has their own stories. A piece of advice to those who haven't watch this drama is please watch the first season of the drama or else you won't know what exactly happen. The second season is pretty much the continuation of the first season and more new characters. It's already terrible of me not watching the first season and already watching the second season, although I did get a bit of glimpse of the first season.

Another reason why I like this drama is because the stortyline of this drama. It felt like going back in time when I was in college few years ago. The close relationship I had with my dorm-mates were precious to me just like the girls at Belle Epoque. It definitely made me reminisce the good old days back at the girls' hostel. My dorm-mates and I doesn't have stories that alike the girls at Belle Epoque but we do go through the ups and downs during our youth. It also showed me to challenges and struggles in society that each of characters had to go through in the drama and I am somewhat go through a bit of that challenges and struggles as well. I can relate myself to Han Seung-yeon's character, Ye Eun. Her struggles of achieving her parents' and extended families' exceedingly high expectations and it always goes down to her showing that good impressions or else she will only give so much of disappointment. In this second season, there are a bit of unexpected things happened to Ye Eun and it turns out good for her.

I am looking forward to Season 3 of this drama. I might watch the first season so I will get a more clearer understanding of the drama. Enjoy watching!
