The SPs are certainly the best way forward to keep the story going. Moriyama is now the director of the hospital. He has mellowed down a bit but still behaved on impulse. His mother fell ill and wanted him to treat her. Less time wasted on clowning by him with this episode. The story revolved around what Sagara had to do to help a 12 year old to regain confidence in fighting for her life by having a liver transplant. Effective emotional challenge for the audience. And totally worthwhile. Nurse Sachi san and Shibuya San both added their sparkle to liven up this drama. The directors were good to use them both at the right time during the whole drama series. The music was from the ost of the Doctors series from 2011 and still sounded superb after all this time.
I will rewatch this as part of the series in the future. I find it all very entertaining, true to an enjoyable drama
