I can already see the negative reviews "why are all gay movies tragic " they're not actually, there are unequivocally more feel good movies in the world gay or straight, they're just not all masterpieces. So yes, extremely artistic, surreal, drug dream of a film but I fell in love. Every shot was meaningful and its got real depth. It's all about that one love we can't forget, or don't want to because we haven't given ourselves permission to be someone without that person. That person who holds the key to locking away all our pain and misery but that person is more concerned with with things other than us.
