So first off there's just something about the background music that was kinda creepy I don't know why! It was just a little weird I guess.

So here's the low down, the main actor playing Kano was a little disappointing. That's the main reason for this not being a ten rating.

But there was something about the movie that felt very artistic and that's the part I loved. Gratefully pretty much everyone else was acting well, especially felt bad for Tojiro! But let's face it, all the sex with Kano was borderline non con or at least dub con.

It just felt like Kano let those men take advantage of him, even though he was so much more powerful than any of them ! But that's the thing I kinda loved about this story, it felt like despite being one of the best swordsmen in the school, Kano was mentally submissive - but I feel like that's also what causes his darkness.

I mean the guy basically admits that the only reason he joined the samurais was so he could kill. That means he had that darkness inside him all along, which he kept hidden underneath his beauty. I mean ffs poor Tojiro was clearly in love with him even when he finds out that Kano screwed him over, and pinned the murder on him, the second Kano said 'im sorry' he basically fell for it again and that's how Kano was able to kill him.

But then in the end, I feel like the Samurai who was telling the Captain the story of the two men, basically despite saying he was a homophobe, it was obvious he was also pretty much struggling with his own sexuality.

But what happened to Kano , they didn't show anything and it happens off screen but it's still impactful because basically Kano let the darkness take over and it drowned him too in the end.

I feel like it's also about the fact that giving anyone the power to kill is wrong because no matter how many Samurai codes you have, in the end, a person can still fool everyone and use the power of death to destroy.

And it's not really mentioned but it's obvious that Kano's story must have started from sexual abuse which turned him cold and murderous. It was like he couldn't believe that anyone could truly love him. And then he knew he was powerless to the men who were trying to get him in bed, so he wouldn't refuse them but ended up killing them after.

As for the sex scenes, they're pretty tame, but still serve the purpose to show us more about Kano and the other men.

Personally I also feel like because of whatever happened to him in the past, Kano was actually unable to feel love for anyone but kept saying things like 'i like you ' and literally even flirting with that one guy who the Captain appoints to take him to the Geisha place but Kano ends up not doing anything with the woman and instead acting like he wanted to sleep with that guy. Even though it eventually turns out that Kano doesn't have feelings for anyone, but uses these tricks to basically lure them to their deaths.

One of my favorite lakorn and one of my favorite couples !

The romance, and okay I'm a sucker for a dick antihero but this ml made me swoon over his gentle but obsessed love for the fl from pretty much the beginning .

The plot is the perfect amount of angst and light moments just an overall engaging story and the plot twists keep you involved.

I feel like there were times when the fl could have been less manipulative to the sl like just keeping him around when she was in love with the ml but for some reason this show didn't give me sls lol maybe cause the main couple was just so ship worthy!

Of course I felt for both the boys though. They deserved better. Having hate and revenge on your agenda especially when you're that young isn't a great idea.

But seriously I just absolutely LOVE it

Didn't work for me, and i tried i really did because so many handsome men, it should have been something I'd have fun watching, but this was just SO LAME AND TEDIOUS I wanted to give up but literally the only couple that was somewhat interesting - Ram and King I watched it for these two. Because at least their characters were interesting and their makeovers weren't terrible, like omg why creators why??? Guy playing Duen is decent looking so why does he have such bad make up in this? And the make up isnt even all, its his BORING SELF RIGHTEOUS character ugh. I hated the boring goody two shoes characters with less personality than a twilight movie female character. If you think Bella was bad wait till you get a load of this guy. Then the other couple i couldn't enjoy because of major technical issues with the voice of one character that seemed like some stranger was dubbing his voice. And so if there was one saving grace it was Ram King because I love ne some stalker love lol and their makeover s werent terrible and I just loved Ram's character, it was very unique and interesting. I feel like they should have been the main character s/couple. It wasn't even cute and funny like 2gether. So the jokes werent funny, the writing was just so lame, and the characters dull and boring.

It's nothing groundbreaking lol but all the cuteness of the characters and the bromances are just hot, and great for guilty pleasure viewing. Just don't take it too seriously. I really feel like this is one drama that would have surely benefitted from more episodes. As it is the serious nature of the topic of suicide and grief and the reason a story about idols could have been deeperbut there really wasn't time to touch any of the things you wish for the drama to touch, so it's mostly just eye candy and fan service. But it was entertaining no doubt.

This drama is so realistic at times it will trigger you. And I don't know about anyone else but that ending was perfevt. This show is brave in its rendition of a society that's ready to destroy and lynch someone and taking part in victim blaming, why didn't he call the cops, why didn't he leave, why didn't he get him arrested -- all of these comments you'll hear in review sections of such dramas because people don't understand the way trauma destroys your will to live, let alone fight, it many trauma bonding and other mental illnesses will develop which leave the victims completely disoriented and confused and even paranoid, which in turn makes you further retreat into your shell and pretty much your life is destroyed. This is what this book talks about. These effects. And the way they did it was excellent.
And I love how realistic Kengs behavior was after when he's still trying to get Shin back, practically blackmailing him and blaming everyone but himself and still saying he loves Shin. Typically sociopathic narcissist behavior.
And the problem which I think that ending really emphasized was that it's obvious Shin still has feelings for him.
Just screwed up.
And honestly James was always cute in LBC but now he's playing this part so well, you can see the pain and desolation in his eyes. Even Oat played his role well.
Definitely a good drama.

Seriously this film just takes you in dark corners and just shakes you. The way it's shot, a mix of surreal and extremely realistic. So when things happen you see something raw and poetic but also interspersed with a kind of fantasy. I did have trouble getting into it in the beginning because the main actress felt a bit boring and wasn't expressing herself as well, or maybe it was the coldness of her character that gets to you-- regardless I was into within a few minutes. But also a shout out to the actors who played Watanabe and Mizuki, i really enjoyed their performance. It's a famous dark film so I finally watched it and was surprised to see Okada! his role is not major but important to the set up. But really this film is a work of art.

It was well made with decent acting and a good ghost grief murder mystery plot. The main leads were all beautiful and their acting was believable and there was no cringe or anything of the sort. But while I really enjoyed it I just feel like the plot was rather predictable and the whole story was not exactly remarkable or memorable. It's just another light horror supernatural movie. And one major problem that at least affected my viewing and connection to the movie was that there was no main character that you could get into , the story just changed povs from one character to the next. But again, it's definitely entertaining.

I feel like the point of the film was a little vague. Other than that it was visually excellent and had a dark, gritty feel and has some disturbing gore. The relationship between the two men is always surrounded by a dark atmosphere, and is generally the real suspense, you never know what's going to happen but you still keep speculating. Beautifully made and the script and the acting was on point. Gun especially, he got me completely invested in his character. The way he portrayed the role of a beaten down boy who's struggling everywhere in life suddenly finds a boy who is mysterious in some ways and brutally honest. Just like Gun he's also struggling.

This show is not going to let you sleep or do anything until you finish it and keep a few boxes of tissues handy because it does take some dark turns but it also stays hopeful and positive at the same time. It's a meaningful story about real people just like you and me, with relatable problematic relationships. I love the brothers bond, not just the Phatson household but all the cousins. The way they began the show with Pete (Jayler) saying to his oldest cousin Yi (Thanapob) how when they were younger Yi could just say anything and Pete would do it. From that point, where they are all questioning if a sibling could ever be capable of killing another sibling, and they all don't believe any of them could ever hate each other enough to kill them when unbeknownst to these cousins, behind doors things are already brewing and taking a dark turn. And how despite having so much love for each other they're forced to make rash decisions and often times it means hurting their own brothers (cousins). The way things start because people stopped being honest with each other and all the buried secrets start to come to the surface and the cousins are now forced to take sides. Basically the way the creator of the show, made Yi and Pete symbolic of a brothers bond, and the way Yi resembles Pete's father the older brother, and Pete resembles their uncle Mate the younger, in the end, I mean it was just ART. And seriously Jackie deserves a special mention. All the boys did a great job, Ice Paris as Pete's step brother, Captain portrayed Earns character in a natural way, Third omg his crying >_< was the one that hit the most next to Thanapob and Jackie. Ryu and Porsche were adorable and James literally had me seething lol so obv he's a good actor. But Jackie. Jackie did the most remarkable job of making me resent his character Toey in the beginning to making me fall in love with him T_T he made me cry so much, him and Thanapob, God, that whole part in the last part was just so heartbreaking. Anyway, I'll stop now or I'll go on forever lol but seriously this is not just a good thai show, it's not even a good Asian show , it's a f^cking great show no matter what you compare it with.

I really did get into it and it was entertaining enough to watch through but that's about it. The execution for most of the dark things was not done well. She gets raped in one scene and is joking in the next that just took me out of the fantasy. Additionally the main two characters had zero chemistry imo. Their supposed loving and intense gazes looked so fake. They don't even have one single conversation where you feel a bond forming, nothing at all. I really like slap and kiss and abusive male leads but this has potential but didn't really do it for me. I like deep passionate bonds but for that you need acting and directing skills. These two were better in the sad scenes for some reason but not when they were supposed to show emotion for each other. So the entire thing is based on the couple and when their chemistry is lacking you can't save it with skinship. Which even skinship there was not as much as some other Thai stuff. Anyway it's not bad they had a great plot and actors but the execution did not work for me.

Perfect drama with some phenomenal acting. The mystery will keep you intrigued but it's the rest of the story and the way its delivered that really makes it work.

Yoo Jae Myung is perfect as the middle aged Kim Deuk Hwan a homeless man who finds Yong Joon, a lonely college student played by Ji Soo, unconscious after a run and bring him into his tent. The way Jae Myung portrayed the character and made is believable, all the highs and lows and eccentricities, I'm in awe of his acting tbh.

Even though Yong Joon is skeptical at first, he can't help being intrigued by the man. These two start developing a friendship while a murder takes place in the same neighborhood and the cops suspect the homeless man.

Honestly I don't think Ji Soo has looked more beautiful and he was a prince in Scarlet Heart Ryeo. He's just amazing in this, with his subtle acting and expressive face.

Must watch for drama fans.

Every time that OST played in the background it begins with Kai's part and throughout the drama it made me all hyped for the characters and the story and when it came on in the last scene it literally brought fresh tears. I just wanted to say that the ten rating wasn't even up for question at no point. It was just that good. I think I have a preference for J drama over C because they have less fluff and have more real, meaningful stories. Not that Chinese cinema doesn't have plenty of gems but in general I find Jdrama female leads more relatable. That's the thing with this drama I wasn't just waiting for Kai I was completely involved in the female lead's story. Anyway, on the surface it looks like any other romance but everything still feels fresh, unique. I got so lost in the fantasy I couldn't stop watching and without giving any spoilers I feel like there was a reason for that ending. But seriously their relationship was so so so beautiful I got lost and got a serious hangover. Absolutely love this one. Kai is so beautiful I have no words but his acting just got to me. He really worked hard it shows. Another thing I loved about the drama is the humor. So organic no slapstick, nothing crude though there was a tiny bit of dark humor. I especially love the scene where Kai bows so seriously and the mother goes "this isn't a samurai drama get up" lol seriously moments like this they made the journey so intense.

Ok so I honestly love this show!!! It was exciting, mind blowing action, emotional and gave me all the feels. The romance is EPIC. God. The way he was so crazy about her and I love love love the mystery of not knowing the very person you're married to but then it becomes something so deep thoughtful and just plain brilliant. Shot so well and just BEAUTIFUL. Totally fell in love with the main couple. And the things that happened broke my heart. I started watching and literally could not stop so yeah it's addictive too. Very fast paced and just wow.

This movie definitely put me through the wringer! But it was so worth it. I love Yeo Jin-goo but I've been obsessed with Lee Minki ever since Monster. He's such a gorgeous person and a phenomenal actor. His eyes, his face, everything reacts to the scene. Watching him with another beautiful actor Yeo Jin-goo meant no matter what happens there was no turning back. The story is about one boy who voluntarily admitted himself to a mental asylum (Yeo Jin-goo), the one who always follows rules and still gets bullied by the awful orderly; and another boy Lee Minki who has been brought in by force and he claims there's nothing wrong with him but no one believes him. By the time Yeo Jin-goo realizes Lee Minki truly doesn't belong there, things have already gotten out of hands . It's dark, and funny, and emotional. It will make you think. It will make you root for these two above all. Must watch!

Maybe it was the fact that I went in having no expectations but this movie, I just fell in love with it!!!
From the beginning it was mysterious. Kim Shi Hoo's character comes to a small town for some reason and it feels like he's running from something or his parents are hiding something so there's that whole arc. Because all the characters, you'll think you know them, you'll think you know what is going on but you'll turn out to be completely wrong! Kim Yoon Hae is a girl in Shi Hoo's class but she's always either sleeping in class or keeping to herself and naturally the other kids consider her a weirdo and some are even afraid of her and believe she possesses supernatural powers.

Anyway these two start bonding when despite all the rumors surrounding her Shi Hoo doesn't stop trying to be friends with her and even starts falling in love.

But then things go horribly horribly wrong.

I really like Shi Hoo but as an actor he's in some big name productions but Cutter and Lady Vengeance being g two of them. And I absolutely love Cutter but it always felt more like a Choi Tae Joon movie than a Shi hoo film because Choi tae joons character shows a lot of range, there's a really great story line.

But this is definitely a Shi Hoo and Yoon Hae film because both their characters are equally important and have proper story arcs .

I don't know I can't explain how that ending or the clinic scenes made me feel. You have to watch it to experience it.

I just thought that ending was beautiful.
