THE ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE BL WITH THE PLOT WE ALL WERE SECRETLY DREAMING OF
Let's start with the fact that I highly recommend to watch this drama to all BL fans because it's a gem of 2022 and probably the best BL of this year (sorry, KinnPorsche, I like you so much but this drama turned out even better). I wasn't going to watch Khun Chai because I thought it was a soapy opera without BL plot but just with the gay story (yeah, BL series and gay story are completely different). But I was curious about Film Thanapat who is a famous and popular actor and who had never played in BL before. So I started to watch and fell in love until the last episode!!! I can't explain how badly I waited for each episode, like a crazy! Let me explain why this series is such a masterpiece:The plot. The most important thing in every series is the story itself! This plot is super interesting and intriguing; there were no boring episodes, none of boring minutes! Characters are well - written, unique and developed. The love story between Tian and Jiu is the story we haven't get for a long time in BL. Enough slow-burn, drama, sweet moments.. It looks like real love! Healthy love between two non-school boys, not students, it's so rare to have two grown up characters (even though they are about 21 y.o according to the plot). But this love is wonderful. It is risky, sweet, dangerous but still the purest love I've ever seen. We didn't have historical BLs before and this one is the first so we can see about forbidden relationships of two men in 1940, BUT it's not a tragedic tragedy! This is love which can stand any problems and survive. There is a great combination of the love story and plot. Jam and Film now is one of my favourite couples, their chemistry is out of the charts!! For me it's definitely the unique series and I added it to my favourites (which are only 6-7 among 100+ BLs I've watched) Just watch and enjoy the great love story!

ABSOLUTELY UNDERRATED GEM FOR ALL WHO ARE TIRED OF STUDENT CLICHÉ
First of all I should say only one thing: GIVE IT A CHANCEWhen I started watching this series, I thought it would be a stupid vanilla love story between a doctor and a reaper (where the fact that the main character is a reaper would mean absolutely nothing), especially after the "kiss" at the end of the first episode. BUT. You can't imagine how wrong I was. This is such a rare story among all the clichés of university life that this series is like a breath of fresh air. Great storyline with lots of twists and turns, slow burn at its best, real feelings through the worlds... True love that can overcome all barriers. And most importantly - the most realistic ending. Just bravo! I did not expect this, but the creators pleased with common thinking. Added to the list of favorites (and I watched more than 80 series of this genre, and believe me, I have something to compare with) Yes, there is not a very large budget, if it were more, it would turn out even cooler, but even so, the plot covers all the shortcomings of funds . I looked forward to every episode, I haven't been so drawn to anything in a long time! I definitely recommend watching! Just watch 3-4 episodes and you won't be able to stop... I don't understand why some give 1, this series is so out of character that many people can't accept its uniqueness? Just look and judge for yourself. My rating is 10/10 and bookmarked as "favourite"

Gem. Masterpiece. Best Korean BL.
Compared to the previous five-minute series, progress is noticeable with an unarmed eye. The first real BL at its best. Although there are no hot scenes, the love between characters just flies in the air! Another proof that good BL is made not by scenes, but by the plot. The actors played so realistically that you don't want to part with them at the end. This is the first time, when I liked the love triangle. Even the minor characters are so well spelled out that it's amazing. I advise everyone to watch it! You will fall in love with these cute characters at first sight...Was this review helpful to you?

Can a person change their destiny?
Recently, the Philippines has shot many BL series, but only a few of them are worth watching. And this film is one of them.The plot is pretty simple, but I love the way the idea is presented. In general, this film is excellent. The author raises the question of the subordination of fate to man. The eternal question .. Everyone wants to find a person destined by fate, but can a person write his own fate? What if fate is for, and you are against? A chance meeting. Misunderstanding. And the answer to all these questions will be found...
The pleasant atmosphere of the school and "travel", which is accompanied by wonderful songs, touching to the depths of the soul, is felt on each minute of the film. The plot contains both drama and positive sweet moments that will not let you get bored... I would like to put a special emphasis on music, as it made a great impression on me. I believe that all the songs present there perfectly complemented what was happening on the screen and helped to understand the situation even more deeply. The only thing I didn't really like about this movie is the behavior of the characters. Maybe I just don't like male characters with "feminine" behavior. But despite this, I watched this film with pleasure and even cried at the end. The ingenious ending emphasized the main idea in the best way possible. I don't understand why there will be a sequel ...
