So Far Epic - Updated 12/12/22

Have been awaiting for this drama to finally be released and boy has it not disappointed so far.

Story: so far very intriguing, love the throw backs into how the main characters came to be and I believe they have picked a very unique FL/ML for this drama. The story in itself is modern refreshing and fits the mood I believe for most working class people with Asian parents. So as far as I am concerned thumbs up and I hope they can keep having each episode as exciting as the last. I’ve re-watched latest eps like 2-3 times already. (Completed - as of 12/12), not going to fluff here, the mid section of this series I feel after finishing this does drag a bit. I think this series could of been concluded a little earlier and the extra little romance twists in this mid to end parts of the series felt a little dragged but I understand why this was done to get the audience to feel / cherish what a good relationship can become and after missed opportunities you may not get back what you once had.

Acting: great acting so far from FL/ML, the ML parents are also amazing very fun dialogues and great chemistry so far. ML best friend is crackers fun, hope to see more of him too. (Updated - 12/12), acting throughout series has been constant. The dialogue between all characters has been good, the mid part of series approx from ep 28 - 40 does seem to drag a bit and the acting near the end does become repetitive however it plays well with the characters.

Music: nothing fancy, just dandy....however the main theme is starting to grow on me now after watching the past 10 episodes and some episodes again hehe

Overall: completed this series finally, the main theme of this story is really good, working class people who try to balance career advancement in a competitive world whilst also try to have a sustainable and morally justified relationship. What started to be a simple relationship transaction became something much more. Is it realistic in a sense yes but in a sense no, however as being someone that loves the drama series with also what if possibility in romance this one is really good. Is it worth rewatching for someone who’s has followed this series from the start, yes there is aspects and certain areas that can be like every series. Is this the best romance drama in 2022 in modern setting, no it is not. If you like the ML/FL specifically awesome as they do have great chemistry but for people who are new to the series or cdramas you may find this series starts off with good pace and story and will ? Think about a little drag near the end. The ending is at least a positive one, like many other people that love watching this type of genre it’s very important to know if it’s a Sad/Happy ending. (Hope that’s not a spoiler) lol

Update: 12/12/22 - I am aware some people have explained or have mentioned their thoughts about the series and how negative this series is. This is very subject to opinion however this is my take on it on a subjective level. Like many other series that’s similar to this one or similar in genre, you either like it or you don’t. It’s not for everyone, however I believe if you are a fan of watching (Romance/Comedy/Drama) series's this is one not to be missed. Yes the main actor/actress may have been the ones you originally wanted to see hence you watched this series but I would dare say or can challenge anyone that this has always been a reason to watch any TV series. We are fans of who we like of course we watch what they produce or involved in……..I’m not stating other peoples opinions are wrong I’m just saying for the new/veterans that are watching any cdramas, please watch for yourself and have your own subjective opinion. Don’t just rely on any reviews whether it’s positive or negative.

Thanks to everyone that has liked my review so far, I appreciate the support. Hope to watch more series in the future and update more reviews.

Cheers, ^_^

Shing

What a Way to end 2022!!! Amazing (Updated 3/1/23), Updated 22/1/23

Firstly need to say I usually do not watch much of Wuxia Series as I prefer originals but oh wow this series is really amazing at the start.

Story: Adapted from a Novel, however the story so far has been amazing. Very intriguing and the action scenes are really well done. I have not read the novel myself, however based on sources I have read this is a very good adaptation. I do not wish to spoil the story so will post more next update. (Update 3/1/23) - well the story has just turned it up a notch and legit hate the wait…….great story so far, it hasn’t dragged on and after the first 10 episodes you very much start to get the feel of what this story is about and how it may play out. Draws the audience in thoroughly, (subjective). Update 22/1/23 - well not going to lie here peeps this series started off amazingly. Story was fast paced and done well, what lacked it for me was the slight drag from about episode 23 onwards…..story still good and til the end was still ended well. Brotherhood galore if you all are up for a series that emphasise on mateship and loyalty. Romance/Chemistry sorry it’s a no for this series. The ML/FL to me did not gel well, unlike most other Wuxia series this one is not for that genre, please don’t expect this.

Acting: This Trio, omg this could really be the asian/chinese three musketeers, they are in sync and great chemistry in their roles. Big fan of Liu Xue Yi and seen many of his series, glad he is doing something I have not seen him done before. Acting so far for me is the highlight of the series. (Update 3/1/23) - way more characters get involved now, the martial arts and cgi is very well done, if you are a fan of both these things especially if you are into a fantasy type of cdrama omg you need to watch this. The acting from all the main characters is very well done, personally love how they have their own unique personality and yet still be able to function as a team and yes with added humour as well. Update 22/1/23 - acting still great the main 3 characters have done really well, the side characters played their parts well too up to the end. No issues there, are some characters annoying, to me yes but it’s their acting done well that makes me think they are annoying which means they did their job lolz (subjective).

Music: Quite ordinary for a Wuxia TV series, however nice music based on the setting and the story line so far.

Rewatch Value: I think I have watched the first 1-6 eps x 3 times and watched 7-9 once, but will be rewatching again to catch anything I may have missed. So far very much worth rewatching. (Updated 3/1/23) - watched up to ep 14 and rewatched up to this point several times. Can dare say the rewatch value of this series is a massive 10/10 at this point. (Update 22/1/23) 9/10 is my final decision for rewatch as this series is by no means perfect but for a good series where I want some loyal brotherhood genre with great martial arts and CGI. Yep I’ll watch this for sure. Every ep, likely not but majority yes.

Overall: Great start so far, my only hopes it will not get ruined near the mid/end parts of this series. Great acting and dialogue, story is good as well. Very well worth watching this just before 2022 and into early 2023.

Thanks again everyone for liking the review, appreciate this muchly, ^_^

Happy Chinese New Year Everyone,

Shing

Modern Law with Romance!

Well everyone another finished series and yes another review, lets get to it.

Story: Nice paced modern law series, quite different to others, where there is competition between firms, there's also morals and ethics being played throughout. If you are in the mood for a good solid series with a good law story and background of lawyers trying to do their bit whilst handling pressures from home life than this drama is for you.

Acting: No issues here the main leads do their roles really well. Yu Chang & Shu Ying, had great chemistry and I liked very much how this was not one of those series where a popular person gets the main girl/guy. This series the main male lead had to work super hard just to achieve some form of progress which is awesome and the main female lead is neither rich or hold a powerful position, which is also refreshing

Music: Was needed where it was needed, nothing too hectic. The opening music is quite catchy but the closing music is a bit meh.....

Rewatch Value: Yes there is rewatch value, if you are in the mood for a bit of justice here and there than absolutely. For a Romance point of view, no

Overall: Great acting, great story and good ending. Can some story areas speed up a bit yes, but overall aspects really good thorough modern series that uses more real life cases and scenarios rather than things a bit too far fetched.

Thanks all hope everyone that gives this series a go has a good time viewing. Also to anyone that reads this review, and gained something from it prior to making yourself watch it thanks too.

Cheers

Borderline Chinese Romeo & Juliet (With hopes of a Happy Ending) ^_^ (Updated 14/7/23)

What can I say, been waiting for this series to drop for quite sometime, for those that are Yang Yang fans like myself you will not be disappointed. Coming from watching 'You are my Glory' seeing Yang Yang in a modern romance drama, this one so far hasn't disappointed.

Story: Well right from the get go the story begins in present day with both ML/FL introduce in their parts and then straight back and forth to their history of how they once knew each other and the story really kicks off. With side stories behind the scenes so far the Side story lines have not interrupted what has been occurring between both ML/FL roles. What makes this story intriguing and similar to the above statement of 'Romeo & Juliet' is that both families don't seem to approve of the relationship between ML/FL and the plot then thickens. (Hope that wasn't classified as a spoiler lol)

Updated 14/7/23 ) Half way through this series, OMG, started off very well indeed, lots of back and fourth of both ML/FL history and family, love the intro of the new supervisor into ML life at work, his a great edition to the story development. FL so called Mother, omg.......the look the demeanour and attitude..........just no words........

There is a degree of filler episodes now as it has reached this midway point, I hope it will get back more on track like it was on the original start of this show. Still very watchable, I am hoping this does not drag on for too much longer considering 20 more episodes to go.......Side characters should not get more development as well!

Acting: Yang Yang never disappoints me so I may be biased there, whereas the FL at times does seem to fall flat with her emotions and how she portrays this, maybe its to generate the audience to sympathise with her more, etc however to me most of the time her facial expressions are very repetitive. Having said this she is not doing this poorly. Side characters so far plays really well especially the FL's mother whom legit plays the villain persona so well I hate seeing her on screen but that is because she plays that role so well.

Music: Like every Rom/Com/Drama, music suits the scenes but I do not like the fact there is no opening theme song being sung.....maybe that's just me.

Rewatch Value: So far I have seen majority of the eps x 2 times except for Ep 10/11 which I have watched 4 times now........do not want to give too much away but worth the rewatch at present......after episode 15 things slow down a bit and now at the half way point, some episodes are def not worth to rewatch as some others........hope there is not a stall on the value of the episodes.

Overall: If you are a fan of Yang Yang then this is a must watch, overall performance so far is definitely a good series if you are into this kind of genre. I would highly recommend this series to watch where able. This may change as the episodes progress so, stay tuned for more updates!

Cheers all,

Shing ^_^

What a Series to End 2023!

Well peeps its been a long time since I have written a Review, so here goes nothing, ^_^

Story: Starts with a bang, great plot, rhythm and flow is completely in sync. The fact this story is not adapted from somewhere shows how much the script writer and director have genuinely put in the time of day to actually give us a story that is worth watching and repeat in watching.

Acting: Both the ML/FL have a very unique and bonding chemistry which I believe is absolutely phenomenal. I am aware some hate the ML but I do not care not only is he a great singer but I believe he's an amazing Actor as well and I am very glad finally he gets to be a ML in a Wuxia series, suits him well. FL lead is not someone that releases lots of series or movies in a year, certainly not a mainstream Actress according to profile. having said this she's amazing in her own right. What's the saying,. "less is more". Her prowless and the way she controls the forum in every episode makes me want to watch her past series and movies. As for the supporting cast, their chemistry is on par and in sync with the whole team, from companionship to villains, cannot complain about any aspect so far.

Music: Subjective to everyone, however to me the music nails it on certain points where its needed and I love the opening song as well.

Rewatch Value: Absolutely there, 10/10 for a reason and I personally have re-watched every episode approx 2-3 times now, some episodes I have watched over 6 times, however that is because I do not speak Mandarin as native tongue and relying on subs, the series is this good I actually want to make sure I am not missing any important details in the plot and what the actors/actresses are saying, its that good

Overall: For me Best Series of 2023, I just pray there will be a decent ending to this amazing series to set us into 2024. Cannot wait to see and hear one day the ML/FL reprise again in another future series together, they genuinely look good together and adapt very well making the audience feel they have an amazing connection

Updated 19/12/23: After concluding this series, I can say this has been one of the most amazing series's of 2023. I will not lie as I am very fortunate to have watched the whole series before it was due to be fully released by end of this week. However I am also very upset about how this has concluded. Be prepared for tissues, I was really hoping this series will end in a more positive note! Once again another Wuxia cdrama that cannot have a good ending, however I will say the acting and story up to episode 35-36, has been absolute phenomenal. Sorry for the small spoiler all, I could not help it but to at least write it somewhere!

Cheers all, ^_^

Wuxia Series Meets Detective Conan with 3 man team!!!!

What an amazing series so far, omg from ep 1 to now every episode is as suspenseful and well detailed I cannot believe this gem actually was made. FOR me it’s the series of 2023 so far. There is no other like this in its genre (Subjective). I’m praying for a happy satisfying ending

Story: beginning starts with confusion / plainness however soon evolves into a mystery between 2 main leads followed later by a third side male which we all thought was the main villain, however is he…….each ep has hidden clues that tie into the overall story later on…….just deadset amazing

Acting: 2 MLs omg all had many series underneath their belt however their acting, chemistry and overall demeanour is just amazing. It’s like the ancient pair of Holmes and Watson but in an olden Chinese era. Just fun to watch!!!! Side character of each story arc is amazingly done too. This series has many characters all play their parts well.

Music: ending song is better than opening however personally I don’t watch a series based on music but the overall music that matches the scenes are done well.

Rewatch Value: 10/10 for sure, I’ve watched eps at least 2-3 times just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It’s superbly done

Overall: only weakness this series is only 1 ep to 2 eps release at one time which makes it a lot harder to keep up or making you wanting to watch more in one go. For me this series is best so far in 2023 in its genre if not overall series. Hope anyone that gives this series a go enjoys this as much as I do.

Enjoy all, cheers ^_^

Amazing finish. Fantastic Series

Hi all, apologies for a late review, I actually have finished this quite a while ago but too many things going on.

Story: Carrying on from Season 1, this is an amazing story with plot twists and turns, its amazing how they have built the suspense of the story right up to the crucial points and just went you believe its over, guess what more comes your way. The ML/FL relationship dynamics is done really well. I would love to see ML/FL be in a modern series one day as I believe the chemistry is amazing.

Acting: Amazing chemistry all around, great acting from not just the ML/FL, everyone involved played their parts well, the villain's and other side characters played their parts amazingly.

Music: Same as season 1 no changes there

Rewatch: Absolutely without a doubt. I think I have watched this series in total approx 3 times now and some selected episodes a few more times as trying to understand the dialogue more as I rely on subs to understand what is happening. Overall a fantastic series and cannot wait for more like this in the future.

Overall: Amazing series, definitely one of the best series in 2022 by far.

Cheers,

Shing

A bit of Feedback on Series - new to CTV Drama - Updated as of 18/5/22

This is one of the first WETV/CTV Series I have seen. No surprise I was captured by the main leads on posters that prompted me to even attempt to watch the first episode. However this is by far one of the most intriguing and unique TV series I have seen in quite some time. Being someone that has watched numerous TVB series for a long time and now just starting to watch CTV ones I can honestly say this series has everything a person can ask for.

Plot: Based off a famous novel, so no surprise here the story is very captivating however like many others I have not read the novel and based on this and now watching a series, this looks very original in a sense that I haven't seen a TV Drama like this for quite sometime. Where there is romance but has so many twists and turns within the story itself that 'An olden style Lovestory' is not just what this series is about.

Acting: The actors/actresses are great, my favourite actor and story line is actually not the main two leads, which Yang Yang and Zhao Lusi did really well. What has captured me is the acting done by the Main characters older Brother (Feng Chang) his story line is the most captivating in my perspective. I almost cried seeing how things turned out for him. Truth be told during his arc within this series I had to rewatch it a few times as I do not speak the native tongue (Mandarin) I had to often find subs/translators to just see what was happening but his facial expressions tones of his voice really gave a sense to the audience of how epic those scenes were.

Music: Very well balanced, unique in its own right however for a drama of this awesomeness it lives up to the mark.

Rewatch Value: 10000% rewatchable, Words cannot explain how epic this series is

18/5/22 - Completed the series, omg what a ride and the long wait over. Saddest part for me was I did not want this series to end as I thoroughly enjoyed watching.

Main Take home points (Subjective): If you are out to look for something fresh and worth watching with great story, romance and action scenes this is a must watch. It is also a great watch with a partner if you have one, much better atmosphere with more people.

Acting: Overall awesome, no issues to note, very very good chemistry by the male and female lead, I hope they pair these two up on a modern world romance drama, that would be a must watch........

Series in General: Great start, great mid section and here comes the not as good part: ending. To me the ending was very rushed, the moment ('Small Spoiler') marriage between the two leads occurred it was like they wanted the story to end, I think they could of done that part better however that's the only criticism I have.

Hope to Review more Series in the future, especially for new comers like me. ^_^

Thanks for taking the time to read. Happy for more feedback, etc

Simple, Therapeutic & Lively

If you are looking for a nice, calm, real and emotional modern story with romance, look no further than this epic piece

Story: From the get go the story is emotional with FL life changed quite suddenly and it sets the tone for what happens next. Its real and can seriously happen to someone if not already in real life. Changing settings to restart a new is not an uncommon phenomenon. Cut to meeting ML and his family and knowing his own story and how the two people and their lives end up matching and develop. All in the while, family incorporation mixes with life goals and adding in romantic parts. Very nice dialogue and plot

Acting: ML/FL chemistry is great and I have always been a fan of the FL, so I may be biased here but to me the acting has been done well. Support characters acting is on par and I like how it all gels together.

Music: Nothing too fancy, just dandy

Rewatch Value: If you are down to watch a series of healing, moving on with life and tackling challenges with a partner/romantic partner than this is one not to be missed, I have rewatched some of the epic moments multiple times.

Overall: I am aware there are some people finding this a slow drama however this is what its all about. This was never meant to be a fast pace drama, as it attempts to reflect how people heal, make choices and ultimately how they change their lives or others in a positive way. I find this fantastic modern drama starting off in 2023.

Cheers everyone, and hope anyone that attempts watching this enjoys it as much as most people have so far.

Worth the wait

To (Rahul09) and everyone that has read my reviews since I have joined mydramalist, I wanted to reinforce that the below review was originally written by me and for an unknown reason it has been duplicated and reused by the user above. I have reported this issue already and apologise to anyone who has already read my original review of this series. I am unsure how my original post was removed and the above person has claimed as their own.

Worth the wait - Amazingly good

Amazing Series so far, ^_^, (some will say the production lacks polish) for me its the story and acting that makes one watch a series rather than anything else, there is no perfect series out there, everything is subjective to opinion.

Story: Fast pace and well thought out story so far from ep 1 to now, amazingly done. Cannot emphasise how good the action scenes are with martial arts to character development.

Acting: ML/FL (Amazingly done) + Side characters played their parts too very well. Love the chemistry so far with both leads.

Updated Review: as of 29/6/2023 (Reasons as above)

Story: Very solid story, in-depth and worth watching, grabs the attention off the audience (Subjective), if you are a fan of fantasy adventures with a touch of romance with great martial arts cinematography then this is one heck of a series for you.

Acting: Very solid performance of the ML/FL. Xu Kai has always been one of my favourite actors to date, (he performs way better in ancient style series than modern (Subjective). FL on the other than is my first time watching a series of hers, to me shes doing fantastically and matching the chemistry with Xu Kai.

Music: Same expectations as any Wuxia Series.

Rewatch Value: At present 100% rewatchable, every episode is done fast pace but not too fast, I have watched up to episode 18 now numerous times to ensure I am understanding the story. The side characters are portrayed very well and I look forward to seeing them develop further. I feel very sorry for Sita Hong poor guy cant catch a break, hope his character develops more as the series progresses.

Overall: Fantastic Series to watch in 2023. Please give this a go and enjoy.

Cheers all

Not what I was Expecting, however still great! (updated)

Hi peeps,

Have been waiting anxiously to watch this series. Like many people I haven’t read the novel but the FL:ML is the reason why I’m watching so I’ll give my 2 cents on the series thus far: please be warned of small spoilers ahead.
(Will aim to keep minimum promise)

STORY: I know some may find the slow, but I love it. It develops the characters more and gives the audience a real feel of what’s to come so when it happens OMG effect. In terms of ML:FL interaction, honestly very little so hard to say here. In terms of development of story, I find it amazing how a cold hearted guy that fears no one even royalty is actually quiet similar in mindset as the FL, where she fears no one in her family especially her mother. (Personal note I’m hating on FL mother atm, she’s so one sided and shows no love for her own she hasn’t seen for 15 years, her way of teaching and doing what’s best is absolute shhhiat - subjective view here).

UPDATED: From episode 10 onwards the story changes and gets very in-depth. Main FL uses all her instincts and tact to stay alive whilst ML uses his experience and skills to save FL. (will update more as more eps come out)

ACTING: I couldn’t believe how fast Rosy can speak like omg, also I loved her character, I’m so used to seeing her in other roles where she is the cute and whitty one, not in the series, wow she can act, can be cunning and strategic just to survive. I wasn’t expecting to see this side of her at all. As for ML, his dominance is just amazing, very cool persona and he can act too, wish he had more screen time. However I’m sure that will come later in series. The supporting cast is great too I love how the servants played out and all other remaining family characters it blends in well.

UPDATED: From episode 10, the acting from both ML & FL steps it up hard, however personal view, FL is absolutely amazing, especially seen previous series from FL to see her able to act like really shines out.

MUSIC: I didn’t find that appealing cos I believe there isn’t much music to be had so far so sorry to anyone that likes the music but I find it at odds with this story so far, maybe it will change hopefully.

REWATCH: Until I get more eps, I am not sure as at the moment I’ve seen each episode twice already so I do not know if I would want to rewatch this again, this is one of those series that I would pick out which eps to watch once completed rather than watching it all again.

OVERALL: so far it’s not bad, it’s not great either however cinematography wise and acting is great, story is slow but according to most people that has read the book it is like this to begin with. My take is if you like the FL and ML in other series this would be probs the main reason to continue watching. Otherwise for others I think peeps may wait till the whole 27 eps for season 1 to be finished before continuing on. However I will watch as soon as its released as I’m a fan of the main actors.

Will update more as series goes along hope it’s helped new peeps thinking of watching this series

Thanks all,

Shing

Modern Version ROM/COM

Another review of a series lead by one of my favourite actresses (Zhao Lu Si - Rosy). What can I say, she is always as cute as ever and honestly suit the ROM/COM Genre well.

Lets get this started:

Story: Modern style ROM/COM, kinda like the asian real life version of Beauty & the Beast. Rich Corporate guy that falls in love with an awesome chef however not rich just gets by. How a Rich guy can change his ways and fall in love, etc . Refreshing however nothing too new.

Acting: Main Leads do their jobs well, support casts are good and its what you would expect in any series such as these. Highlights I would say in this whole series would be mainly from the Main Lead cast, Zhao really plays the part well, Lin also had lots of good moments however I found his acting very one dimensional at times even if it was meant to be more lively scenes.

Music: Average, the music used was on que however nothing out standing

Rewatch Value: Yes there is if you are in need of a pick me up kinda feel after an off period. Whether its with ya partner or just closest friends trying to pass some spare time and need some happy ending series to binge on, this would be perfect. If you are like me a Rosy fan, then this series will always be on my mind if I need something to tie me over before watching another new series .

Overall: Good series, no where near the best ROM/COM I have seen. For a first time thing 10000% must watch, after you finish the series you will feel good but honest truth would be really dependent if you would watch the whole series all over again or just certain episode that stuck on your mind.

As always guys thanks for reading and hope I was able to help someone new into the CTV series world when thinking about which nice series to start off with.

Chinese Holmes, hehe

A fantastic story with maximum potential (BL/Mystery/Drama-Affiliated)

Story - So far amazing, from start of episode 1 all the way through to 10, story will keep you on your toes and pacing is well done. There are some minor sections where it can be explained further however really good so far. The twists and plots and outwitting the enemy is amazing to see, legit reminds me of Sherlock Holmes but an eastern olden version hehe.

Acting: MLs have great chemistry, from facial expressions to dialogue really well done. Love how Lan Jue seems to have all things planned out only for Zhang Ping to either change his plans or see through them. The acting between the who is done superbly well.

Music: For me this was poor, no main theme for opening and no catchy tones. Sequence music in certain scenes are okay but other than this very dull (Subjective)

Rewatch Value: If you are into BL/Male leads and Brotherhood than this one is well worth rewatch. If this is not your cup of tea I highly recommend at least watch it the whole way through once, you won't be disappointed

Overall: So far so good, excited to see more episodes past 10.

Cheers all,

Shing

Amazing Story, Definitely worth watching/Rewatching for anyone

Really amazing CDRAMA, here's the Review:

Story: Based off a Novel & Wuxia so that alone is a good mix (generally), the flow of the story from start to finish was really well done I believe. The series is not too long, not too draggy, hits the spot of how it played out. The main story and side story marries up very well and there wasn't a moment of watching this series where I thought it was boring or misleading. The plot twists and suspense was done really well.

Acting: My first time seeing ML in any series and I must say he did an amazing job. FL I have seen many of her series prior to this one and I must say I like her acting in roles based off a traditional/classic rather than modern. In this series all actors/actresses did their roles amazingly, to me it all fell really well together and the chemistry between the ML/FL was definitely there. The side couples and villians did amazingly well too.

Music: Suited the series, I liked how they used the music to complement the scenes so this was good, main theme gets addictive hehe

Retwatch: Absolutely rewatchable, I think I have watched this series x 4 times in total and probs rewatched about 15-25 of certain episodes just for the highlights and crucial moments and have recommended lots of family and friends to give this series a try.

Overall: Great story, great value and definitely a great series to watch anytime.

Cheers,

Shing

Nice Binge ROM/COM

Here we go another review:

Story: Coming from a ROM/COM perspective amazing, from a real life perspective, story is good however unrealistic, where this shines is knowing how unlikely the main leads meet/get together throughout the series, the creator does not hide the fact its bloody difficult and they go into how it can be difficult which is good. Overall good start, great mid drama and good ending.

Acting: Main leads have great chemistry, side couple also great with no main villains included at all in this drama which is quite refreshing. I must say the male lead tends to at times be a little bit over the top in his acting ability to showcase how much he cares/loves the female lead but it is a rom com so not unbearable. HAHA

Music: I liked the music in this series alot, to the point I actually obtained a copy of the OST from the series. I cant fault how they used the music in this series however as the main female lead is a singer in the series, no wonder!

Rewatch Value: Absolutely, a good weekend binge for sure, popcorn up and get set!

Overall: Great series, definitely worth it for anyone that hasn't seen this before, and for those who have like myself, I would love to rewatch this again

Cheers all
