I became a fan of Japanese dramas in 2016. The reason why I became a fan of JDramas was because  I was learning Japanese, but needed something to accommodate myself with the language. At that time, anime didn't feel real to me and despite being a Jpop fan, I was listening to more Western alternative music at that time, such as Black Veil Brides, Pierce the Veil and My Chemical Romance. 
At some point however, I stumble upon an article about top 10 Japanese actors, which is when I fall for the lovely Haruma Miura who brought me to dramaland. The rest is history.
Whilst Japanese dramas and movies is my preferred thing to watch, I do watch dramas and shows from other countries. I have close friends whom all enjoy East Asian and Thai dramas, so we will usually exchange and suggest dramas to each other. 

I'm also the type of person who watch any genre from Slice of Life to Wuxia dramas. As long as I find it entertaining I will watch it. Also, as someone who grew up with the internet since early 2000s, it means I've already been exposed to stuff I wasn't supposed to see and therefore not picky when it comes to picking dramas and movies. I also strongly believe, that just because someone enjoys a piece of media =/= agreeing with it. 

I also do stuff besides dramaland, like being a mother to the cutest bunnies in the world. I love Jpop, Kpop (and one of the few people who really enjoys seeing their idols acting in dramas tihi ^.^) and alternative music (see my faves below). I also really love Perks of being a Wallflower and The Umbrella Academy.
