Great actors and narrative with some unfortunate flaws

Great story idea and the actors did a great job with the script they were given, but there’s a lot of repetition of things like the phone interruptions. The show gets frustrating at times because of this, and how I feel some things are out of character for the main FL like her constant lying when she is so hardcore about honesty in her articles. I think this show is def best watched when everything is out though imo. I am looking forward to the last 6 episodes, and I’m hoping they get a good ending.

Wonderful narrative with a great cast!

A wonderful narrative filled intriguing characters played by actors who care about this drama. I originally came for Gao Weiguang, but I was amazed by how much I love this drama. It’s a true gem. It’s a detective story reminiscent of Sherlock Holmes with a strong female lead with a great male lead who compliments her quite well. The setting was portrayed well along with the costumes. Loved it all and will definitely rewatch at a later date. I hope I can find something with these two leads in a drama again. They were spectacular together.
