It was cute and funny and sad. The little actress is amazing and the protagonist was convincing. All the secondary characters played their part well and we got to know all the minor players just enough to care about them and be interested in their individual personalities and back stories. The story telling was pretty tight with not a lot of waffling and something interesting was always happening.
