A huge let down
I was a big fan of season 1, I didn't mind the few draggy episodes towards the later half of it because the main story was intriguing and loved all characters to begin with. However this season is just draggy, plain and disappointing. I've been waiting for the grand reveal and the rebel female lead to show up and kick some ass since the second episode, but all I get is a puppy faced girl running around looking stupid and weak, the cliche clueless damsel in distress. Every other sub plots are also going on direction less with some fan service here and there. I'm just annoyed at this point. The popularity of this drama amazes me, reminding me of how different our perceptions are.

Sweet mature Romance
Gorgeous Leads,Convincing love story,
Off the charts chemistry,
Beautiful female friendships,
Well, It has been a while since a drama captivated me. This story reminds me of good old days of genuine romance and heartaches. I have a major girl crush on the female Lead, Crystal Liu. She is living that character, effortlessly beautiful, elegant and strong. Such a treat to my eyes. The male lead is great as well, the way he steals glances at her is adorable but at the same time his expressions at few other scenes are a bit blank. Anyway there are some lovely, magical moments between the couple that looks like a gorgeous moving painting.
The progression of the story is good, it's exciting, no cliche tropes. Writers have done a wonderful job here, the characters show real human emotions, quite relatable unlike the recent dramas that mock viewers intelligence.
Loving it so far.

In love with the Love story
I finished watching this drama a few weeks ago but I am still fascinated about the story of the lead couple. I think because of the absence of romance in my life, I do love a good love story and these days I find that BL dramas are great at creating that story. These are stories about pure love and not about society, or expectations, or power dynamics like in the BG dramas.WoH tells the story of two flawed(normal) human beings finding love in a wuxia world.
I would watch it again for the awesome chemistry of the leads.
