They could have done better
I cannot understand that I’m already on the 15th ep and the FL and ML are still flirting - that’s at least 40mins per ep “spent” watching the leads flirting and flirting and flirting. Character development is non existent. Story development is extremely poor. The personality of the FL is confusing if not incomprehensible. I understand not all chinese drama could be at par with Hidden Love, Put Your Head on My Shoulder, The Love You Give Me - and these dramas I mentioned have areas for improvement still - but I hope they make ones that are at least not too cliche and engaging for the viewers. They spend money to produce these dramas anyway so why not take an extra step or two or even five to make them good.You are not missing anything if you decide not to watch it. You may feel like you missed (reads: waste) time that you could have spend on other things if you decide to watch - lest finish - these drama.

Xing Fei couldnt save this one
This series never runss out of drama episode by episode. FL friend personality is laughable. FL mother personality is annoying. There were too many things happening in one day! I dont know why they made it with 40 ep when there was nothing to show anyway! I wonder if the scriptwriter willingly wrote this series with 40 ep in mind or if producers forced to make it 40 ep. You are not missing on anything if you decide not to watch this or if you decide to stop watching after few ep. I loved Xing Fei in Put Your Head on My Shoulders, im sad she accepted this materialWas this review helpful to you?
The FL character is so problematic
Seriously the way the FL character is portrayed 6 episodes in is so problematic. I dont know if I should continue watching this until the end or just drop this right now. It is hard to accept that someone who worked her ass off to make a name for herself will just sit down and play the victim when she had every opportunity and resources to fight back. If its the mental health card that the scriptwriter is playing, it kinda feels unrealistic for me. Thankfully I find the characters around the FL entertaining - the male friend who owns the store, the niece, the gossiping ajummas.Was this review helpful to you?
