If you are watching this strictly as a medical drama, it is a great watch. However, it was a lot less romantic than the korean version. The pacing was horrible with some things taking waaay too long and others happening too quickly. There is a lot of focus on things that are sad and not a whole lot of the bubbly part of romances. I had to fast forwatd through some parts because of this. However, i really liked the acting of the male lead and there were some solid secondary characters. Thailand usually does a great job on korean remakes but the original was a lot better.
