Sweet drama that must be watched!

This drama is a gaming cdrama romcom that was very enjoyable to watch. If you liked Go Go Squid then this drama is a must watch. The story itself is your typical romcom of boy meets girl, they bicker, start caring for each other as friends and teammates, fight the feelings they have towards each other, do little things behind the scenes to demonstrate their feelings without outright saying them and have a common goal of winning a championship. The pace of the story does go slow, however I did feel that it allows for a better understanding as to the characters of the story and the obstacles they face, which is very similar to what people in the spotlight face in real life. The actors were great in portraying their characters, and I especially liked the chemistry between the two main leads Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao.

The drama does bring realistic issues that E-sport professionals face such as doubts, lack of support, which makes the whole drama very good. It is hard to keep track of the game scenes if you are not familiar with multiplayer games, especially since you don't know what character is playing what online player, but it's not a big deal if you don't, they can be skipped. You'll really enjoy this drama.

Really loved this drama. I was hesitant on watching this drama, mainly because some of the clips I saw did not really catch my interest. However, after reading some reviews and seeing the interest people were showing for this drama I decided to see what it was about. Honestly I agree with other reviews that you would want to re-watch this drama again. The story has a lot more than what you think and the characters kept it entertaining. Jin Mi (Yang Zi), Xu Feng (Allen Deng) and Run Yu (Leo Luo) were perfect, you fell in love with them, even when you got frustrated or hated them. Highly recommend you watch it.

I had previously read the book and wanted to really watch this movie. I do have to warn that the drama was slight different from the book. It starts off the same as the book but then you start noticing some of the changes. I did really love the drama and like the book Xue Shan Shan is very naive and a sweetheart to those around her. Feng Teng is the Big Boss that is demanding but does a lot of behind the scenes stuff for Shan Shan. There were times were I got frustrated with the supporting cast characters, especially Li Shue, however it was still a romantic drama. You will really enjoy this drama. I recommend you watch it.

This drama is really lovely, short and sweet. You have Ahn Min Hyuk, CEO of a gaming company who acts very uncaring, and Do Bong Soon, who has power of strength but who is very sweet and caring to towards people she cares about. Both actors were great in this show, and I really enjoyed watching how they both developed both in their personality and in their relationship. It is not a fast moving drama, at least not in the romance department so if that is what you are wanting you have to wait for it since it develops slowly. Highly recommend you watch this drama and decide if it is right for you. I truly enjoyed it.

This is a must watch! The story is centered around an online video game where our two leads meet. Of course, like any drama there is always a twist and this drama definitely brings plenty of it. The male character is very much your typical male, strong, assertive, skilled and your female is the same. They both have many common interest and I really liked how the obstacles they had to over come helped them develop their relationships. Of course, since this is a drama there are plenty of antagonist, however what drama wouldn't have some. Their supporting characters bring plenty to the story and help and support both leads. I really recommend you watch this drama; you will love it!

I started watching this drama just because it showed up as a suggestion. The actors were great and you will find that most people probably watched the show because of them. The issue I had was the storyline. It was your typical high school society drama with a whole lot of issues that just kept on repeating.

Poor girl meets rich guy(s) and although she sometimes has the guts to stand up to them, she lets herself be easily influenced by others around her. The guys were friends and then they were enemies and the girl was their common interest. You have your supporting actors that played either enemies or friends, then they act like friends and then enemies again. It kind of got a bit confusing keeping track of who was friend or foe with the main actors and some of the supporting cast. Their issues just kept on being almost repetitive and the ending just leaves you more confused. If they had moved on instead of focusing on the same issues it could have been a better drama.

I saw a clip on YouTube and thought that maybe it's worth the watch. To be honest it was hard for me to watch until the end. I felt that many of the characters changed and not in a good way; strong leads to being pushovers, independence to dependence, etc. There was so many misunderstandings, lack of communication, love lost because of their own undoing, the list goes on and on. I was a bit disappointed in the end because I felt that the female lead was talking about family and friends and how important that was for her but I felt that some of those people that she considered close to her were being left out. It felt a bit drawn out, some of the filler episodes could have been removed. I gave it a 4 because I thought the actors were good and there was a possible story line, if the writers just developed the characters well.

Nice drama, too many episodes

Like many before, I have watched the original Chinese's version of Boss and Me and although both the Chinese and Thai stories have similarities, there are many differences from the original which I kind of enjoyed since it made it not too predictable. I did like the chemistry between the characters and felt the actors did a good job. This story did have a lot more drama and alternative player involvement which sometimes seemed predictable. I did feel that the moments between the two leads were sometimes rushed and instead of focusing so much on the numerous antagonist, they should have focus on the protagonist and their story. They had cute moments that could have been expanded on, which I did like more than the Chinese version, but again not enough on their story to really give the audience a deeper look. One of the biggest issues for me was how long the storyline was. Almost every episode had conflict and once one player was eliminated another came into the picture. I do recommend you make your own decision on the show, for me it's a re-watch, however don't compare it to the Chinese version since this one is it's own storyline.

I really enjoyed this drama. This is a STAND ALONE drama, so you do not need to watch Three Lives, Three Worlds, Ten Miles Of Peach Blossom (Eternal Love Pillow Book) to understand the storyline. If you are wanting a continuation of that story for Dong Hua and Bai Feng Jiu from the previous drama you will be disappointed. The drama is a bit more softer, meaning not so dramatic in terms of obstacles than TMOPB, but honestly it was a great change.

The story was not rushed which is a plus since sometimes than can get confusing making it feel as if something is missing, that does not mean there were not some gaps in the storyline, because there was, but not a big issue. Dong Hua and Feng Jiu's characters has various different interactions in different lives and worlds, which was great since you saw how that helped each character develop.

The cast was great, and the chemistry between all characters made it wonderful to watch. If you have read the book than you will enjoy this show. If you haven't I highly recommend you do.

Really liked the story of this drama. Zhou Xiao is a very friendly and happy girl who is caring, kind and full of energy. Zhao Fanzhou is your dedicated student that is focused on school, a little reserve and seems detached from people. The two meet by chance and you start seeing how their intersections affect not only their relationship, but those around them. It is a very sweet drama. I really enjoyed watching the progress and changes the characters had as they navigated through school, friendship, relationships and heartache. All the characters face a dilemma, I just wished they had elaborated a bit more on the ending since I felt it left a lot open. If you enjoyed "Put Your Head On My Shoulder" and "A Love So Beautiful" you will enjoy this drama.

Really loved this show. I decided to watch it after watching Ashes of Love since this story is from the Honey Trilogy. Li Yu Bang and Tang Xue reunite at their university after 6 years apart. It was interesting to see how Li Yu Bing and Tang Xue defined their childhood relationship and how this helped them understand how they viewed themselves and others. I enjoy seeing how their relationship, whatever it was at that time, helped them develop their friendship and love live. It is a great coming of age story that is filled with romance, comedy, inspiration and friendship. Worth the watch.

This story was really sweet and didn't have to much to it. You have the two main leads Xia Ke and Xing Yun that meet by chance twice and begin to work together. Xing Yun is kind girl that does a lot for her employer, including taking care of him when he is hungover, in order to make sure that the company continues to reach their successful goal. Xia Ke might seem a bit demanding but he honestly cares for Xing Yun and you start noticing that his protectiveness of her goes beyond the scoop of employer. The show was a bit drawn out and at this I felt that they just added characters and antagonist in order to add more to the show, but if they would have expanded after their struggles, emotionally and job related, I think the show could have still been great. I honestly felt at times that both characters got pressured or influenced to make decisions based on what others thought they should do. There were times were I felt frustrated because of the misunderstanding or miscommunication between the characters, but again that is usual with any drama. It was still a nice drama that should be watched.

First I have to say that I did truly enjoyed watching this drama. I felt that the story it self was interesting because it was not your typical boy meets girl story. There were a lot of obstacles and misunderstanding between the characters, which is normal when you do not know each other, that I felt helps people develop and helped them fall into a relationship. Their development of each other also helped each other grow, especially the male lead, whom started stepping outside of his comfort zone and I did enjoy him doing things out of character for her. However there were times were I felt he was a bit unfair to her, and that because of issues that he personally had he treated her unfair, especially when she felt that she was helping. The female lead was just a bit to naïve for him and I felt that sometimes some of her decisions were just too focused on him and not herself. I do still highly recommend people to watch this drama since the actors were great.

It's a sweet story line about classmates who are neighbors and become friends as they navigate their lives from high school to college. The leads are very kind and caring, although the female is a bit naive. The drama is slow and does take time to get to certain points in the story so you have to have patience. I did feel the story itself could have been done in less episodes if they weren't really trying to drag out the drama between all characters. If the story was focused more on them growing together instead of constantly misunderstanding each other, it could have had more potential. Also part of their story had to do with things from their past and there were a few things that got quite confusing. They needed more on the female lead, illustrating how she did in college when the male lead was not around to help her overcome her obstacles since I felt her story was rushed. They could have done more to finish off the story instead of the way they did.
