it was not what i expected

i started watching this just because of ji Chang wook and i ended up confused as hell lmao i did NOT like that he or his character was involved with a high school student she is a minor for god's sake
reviews say that there was no romance but still being an adult this invested into a teenager's life makes me cringe.

the plot was quite plain and was not surprising at all, i did not even like the one thing that it "focused" on which is the music
as the story progresses the music just became more bland and forgettable

and what keeps this drama from getting a high score from me is it's entertainment value, as mentioned before the first couple of episodes do not really bring anything new to the table. and the overuse of the phrase "do you believe in magic" was just cringe

but like if one thing about this drama that is realistic to me is that the poor female lead does not have the newest smart phone which is kinda a good thing? idk lol

i hope chang wook acts in better dramas next time i was hoping on seeing more of him

it is a rollercoaster of emotions

quick summary, a journalist that went on an event and met the idol that is hosting it. the idol has a really good picture in front of his fans, but she accidentally caught some dirt on him, they argued and she ended up throwing a shoe on him. she got fired from her job as a consequence. but his managers decided to give them a show for him and his "anti-fan".
really great story.
it was funny it was sometimes sad and the characters had really great chemistry with each other.
i loved the first like 9 ? episodes
but then i got really confused and kinda bored in the second half of it.
things started to get complicated with his dad and him lying about studying in the US and stuff.
and also the side characters are kind of boring.
but overall it is a great drama and a light one too.
7,5/10 i would recommend

I didn't like it

I do not know how I watched this and sat through all of the confusion it got me.
I watched this because the title of it really got to me like i was hooked just by it and it the summary looked so good and the top two reviews seemed to like it but i did not know what I was getting myself into when I watched it. Hate is a strong word for it, i just didn't like it and it bored me so much.
Something about the lightnening in it and their low voice in acting and the story being slow and confusing,, i don't know i just didn't find it that interesting to watch . it didn't start out strong to begin with and it's really confusing in general.
