There was no development at all and then there was a 6 year time jump.
You can tell that it's an indie/amateur production needless to say the production and filming was up to K standard, beautifully filmed. The acting itself was professional and believable.
To be honest I wouldn't waste your time watching it even if it will take you 30 mins to watch all 5 eps.

To My Star Season 2: Our Untold Stories

A masterpiece!
This show just hit the feels that I didn't know I would/could ever experience. Even though it hurt and it was a tough story to tell it was remarkable storytelling. It took you on a journey of self discovery that showed you the complexity of insecurities and the love you have for someone. Both leads down a profoundly EPIC performance conveying many different emotions.
There is no one issue that I found with this story. I love how it was consistent and had resemblances to season 1. So much attention to detail that you miss on first watch.
It was just a beautifully told story.

Needs more creativity in story telling
Pretty much the same story as their others. The formula is the same, they discover they have feelings, kiss, they get together, someone kisses someone else, they break up then get back together during the last 3 minutes of the final episode, and end with a kiss. They need to go back to the story board and think of other stories they can tell that doesn't involve cheating. And also not have the same actor playing the same bad guy role. The production quality is good and the acting is superb just needs to be more creative with the story telling. If this is your disputation of gay life then you're putting a negative cogitation on gay culture and gay relationships.

Pleasantly Surprised
CONTAINS SPOILERS - I'll try and keep it as vague as possible.I was very apprehensive about watching this and I wasn't going to watch it because I HATE body swap stories but they did this BRILLIANTLY. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
I honestly didn't see any issues with the editing, I thought it run smoothly. Yeah there were extra scenes that probably didn't need to be there but I found them funny/amusing. I do with the colour grading tho. 100% I will be watching it again on YouTube. It'll be interesting to see the differences and how it has been improved. To see what has been added and what has been removed. And I'm excited to see the colour grading. I think it will be beautiful as you do get to see a lot of Thailand whilst they travel.
THIS IS WHERE THE SPOILERS ARE - CARRY ON AT YOUR OWN RISK LOL
There's minor things that I would have changed;
The kiss in the cave, I liked how throughout the majority of the show they were hesitant to kiss (or to some level get close on a romantic level) coz they both were aware that Win was in Lin body. I wouldn't normally say this but I would have liked them to wait a little longer as even though emotionally Korn was kissing Win, physically Korn was kissing Lin. I think it would have been more impactful if they had their first kiss when Win was back in his body. It's hard to articulate what I mean... this is why I don't like body swap stories.
I would have liked for it have been revealed that Korn has been able to see Win the whole time, even with him being in Lin body. From the moment when Win woke up in hospital in Lin body and he was kicking off. The moment that Lin body embraced Korn it would have been good to have seen a flashback of Korn being able to see Win in Lin body.
I understand why the mum wanted Lin and Korn to marry. And I understand why Lin and Non went a long with it but why was Korn going to go through with it?
Overall the story was amazing and the acting was out of this world.

Waste of time
The story was a mess, all over the place. They didn't fully commit to the story. The acting was amateur. It just lost its way and just another Thai BL that just tried to sell off sex appeal.I found myself falling asleep to it. I didn't need to pay much attention to it. A lot of screen time wasted with the BTS at the end of each episode. They could have tighten the plot a lot more but the second half focused more on the second couple which one of them was childish and the other was just stupidly insecure because of a past relationship.

Amazing plot/story, lacklustre performance
I did thoroughly enjoy this show; I really liked the it was 10 full length episodes. That it majority stuck to the Manhwa, which is one of my favourites. The cinematography was impeccable. What I liked the most was the plot/story which made up for the lacklustre commitment to romance.I feel like Gongchan wasn't fully committed to the execution of the romance. I felt a lot of the time he was uncomfortable with physical interactions. I don't know if he was told by the director to play it like this. He played the emotional dialogue really well. I felt like he played his character as if he did generally like Yoon Tae Joon and I felt his guilty/remorse when he did Tae Joon wrong but when it came to the hugging he didn't really grasp/hold onto him tightly enough to express the emotion that is intended. There was that separation between their heads instead of leaning onto Tae Joon shoulder. And then I think we can ALL agree on the kisses. The classic dead fish kiss. Why, oh why is that still a thing?!?! After Our Dating Sim, that is my expectation. If they had committed themselves like the actors in Our Dating Sim that this would have blown me out of the water and I'd happily consider this my favourite KBL. But again Gongchan looked like he was uncomfortable.
It isn't fair to put it all on Gongchan, like I mentioned already it could have been how was directed to play it and then again it could have been Cha Seo Won. But I swear by it, I did see somewhere an article of Cha Seo Won say that playing a gay character is no different than playing a straight character. I know I have no evidence of this, I've tried finding it again but I just can't come across it again. So I'm bias towards Cha Seo Won because I do believe he would have gone all in if it wasn't for Gongchan being uncomfortable, if he was or not, or Gongchan being told to play it locked lip.
To sum up I just needed a little bit more commitment to the physical affection. Don't do the dead fish kiss if you're not going to fully commit. The hug would have been enough IF that was executed fully.
I am little sad that they didn't fully flesh out the story between Donghee and Hotae. There was a lot more context in the Manhwa. They didn't even show the back story explaining why Donghee is like that towards Hotae. Even with the little time we did see of them I really did enjoying seeing Hotae commitment towards Donghee. Their interactions were solid. I could really feel how much Hotae liked Donghee and wanted to make it up to him.
Also, if you're not going to include the story about the rings don't have them wear it and make it a thing.
Did anyone else see the message at the end? "Thank you to all the viewers who have loved Unintentional Love Story so far" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!?!

I do believe they were trying to make this series to be on the same level as 'I told Sunset about you'. I mean cinematography was almost on par but the acting wasn't up to scratch, it felt awkward in a lot of places and the story was a bit hit and miss.
I did like how they focused on 3 main couples instead of going the normal route of having a main couple and then having side couples. They were all equal.
Overall, I wouldn't class it as one of my favourite BLs or a memorable BL and I can't say it's one that I'd come back and watch again.

The story didn't really flow for me. There were times where I was lost of what was happening and then there were times where it was obvious that the shock value didn't really have an impact on me.
I'm a little disappointed with the ships that they had suggested but we never got to see.
Also, I think because this show was SO hyped up, you know when you see too much of something you just get the meh feeling.

Pleasantly Surprised
I surprisingly really enjoyed this show, I didn't think I would. It was such a comfort series that I didn't take too seriously but still enjoyed. The acting was over the top but it wasn't too much that put you off from watching, it actually found it funny. I liked that it didn't just focus on just two ML it had 4 couples that all had their stories told. I can't say that anything really put me off. The story was told well, it had a beginning middle and end. The angst was reasonable, no real misunderstandings.I really liked the last episode because it didn't follow the typical BL trend and left everything to be explained in the last episode which normally leaves a story being rushed. It was just a fun, loveable, fluffy ending that closed everything out really well.

Plot without context
At first I didn't see that there was much of a plot and then part two gave us a bit of a plot but without any context.I liked Mean character in this, a complete 360 compared to his character in LBC, very exaggerated and goofy. Plan again is too whiney in this, just like he was in LBC but I did like his hair colour. 👍🏼 Yacht had the same personality as he did in LBC and I was here for it. A lot of his recent work i.e. Paint with Love, Dear Doctor... has been too serious, it doesn't suite him.
