Cute, but inconsequential

This drama goes down easy. It's cheerful and inoffensive. The leads are bubbly and good looking and pleasant. Having said that, there is little genuine emotion, no character development, little reason to form any particular attachment to the characters. This drama is pleasant enough to watch, but artificial, contrived, and entirely forgettable. It's worth watching when you want something brainless and simple. The poo music is irritating, the rewatch value is nil. The actors are constantly flashing enormous, fake looking smiles, which are a bit off-putting.

I really wanted to like this drama, as many people I respect loved it. Sadly, I found it a struggle to finish. The writing was inconsistent, had many plot holes and illogical elements, and most characters were unlikable. I have difficulty enjoying a drama if I can't connect to the characters and care about them. Without emotional involvement, all that's left is plodding through 58 hours of tedious , repetitive plot. I would never rewatch this, and it has left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I've never seen so many callous, obsessive stalkers in one drama. Even the lead female character was selfish and petty.

Silly, goofy meta fun

If you want good acting, good writing, good costumes, good music and good set design, this is not the drama for any of that.

What this drama does have is zany humor, tongue in cheek meta jokesand a bouncy joie de vivre. It's goofy ridiculousness, like Monty Python. It plays with dramaland conventions in a mocking, insouciant way, while still maintaining some warmth and charm.

This is a good drama for people who enjoy absurdity and broad humor. It's lighthearted, often funny, sometimes irritating. Be aware that this is season one, the story is not complete.

This drama is funny and clever and sweet and ugly and romantic and joyful and heartbreaking. Beautifully filmed, well acted, well written. Philosophical, with lots to think about andcca deeply satisfying resolution. I've watched hundredx of dramas and have only given a 10 rating to a handful. This drama is just that good. Those unsatisfied with the ending may be younger people unfamiliar with magic realism and symbolism. Often I am annoyed by the penchant of kdramas for forcing characters into reconciliation and understanding, but in this case it feels authentic and well earned. The drama's repeated references to Heidegger's Being and Time match well with the central theme of the drama.
