why didn’t i drop this lol

i’m genuinely shocked at how many 10s in a row i’m seeing. now, i’m not gonna say this is a terrible drama or one of the worst that i’ve seen, but how are people rating it so high?? at times i would just skip scenes that i don’t care for because they’re so irrelevant. now, i don’t easily get attached to characters and this is because of my low empathy, so it’s not completely fair to bring my emotions in this, but oh well. i hates most of the characters and towards the end i was begging for him (main lead) to die. if he did i probably would’ve rated this higher. a 6.5 is being pretty nice actually. anyway, i skipped so many scenes and i didn’t care for any of the characters and i HATED gang doo, he was annoying as hell. i’m very surprised at myself that i didn’t drop this, but then again, lately, i’ve been dropping too many titles so i didn’t want to add another to my list. to sum it up, nothing was sad to me, it goes very slow at times, was predictable at other times, has stereotypical kdrama things, and was very melodramatic. but, it wasn’t TERRIBLE, so i’m not gonna say i completely hated the show. it was just annoying to watch.

it’s like, fine i guess

why is everyone saying that this show is so slow paced?? it really wasn’t. (although things kind of dragged off to useless storylines in the end.) i don’t believe this was a slow burn at all, and believe me, i’ve seen slow burn. episode 8 is early for leads to get together and honestly they went together pretty easily.
about the story, i’ll be short. it was fine, i liked it i guess. nothing was really stand out to me except that of the storyline of hae won’s family, and i think the aunt and the mom were great actresses and had astounding performances.
everything else was like fine, i didn’t care about any of the characters (but that’s just me lol i never care about anyone) but i did like the aunt and jang woo was cute.
honestly if you like cozy sets and sad backstories and useless endings and a lot of other quirky characters you might like this drama.

it was fine, i guess

because i am gay and have adhd, i felt obligated to watch this. the story itself was fine i guess, i mean there wasn't anything really in depth or anything and some storylines were confusing. as for portraying adhd, hoo was like the posterchild of boys with adhd. he was super impulsive, fidgeted a lot, always wore headphones and was very hyper and loud. i mean, i guess i didn't hate it because he was funny so i forgave it. as for the gay boy, lmao there wasn't much depth to him or any explanations about his father or boyfriend so i can't say much. overall, i don't regret watching
