This drama was awesome and then some, really no complaints here. I just can't believe how it ended and how it all ties into the first episode. I give a shout out to the writers who took this historical story and made it seems like a deep love story. The actors must be commended for their hard work and commitment to the story. The music really suited the different climaxes as the story progressed. I must have cried buckets of tears to the point of drying out my tear banks. So much was given up in order for those who survived to live. Empress ki herself was so strong and brave there are few women who could accomplish, and persevere through what she went through, so I give accolades to the actress who portrayed her life story. This is very much my favorite drama from 2013 to 2014.

Beauties of the Emperor is based on the difficult faced within these critical eras of war, when the females also have a large role to play in the growth of a nation. I like how the four main characters developed their personalities and emerged with a strong belief in their dreams. The actors worked hard with the roles, even though at some points it was sort of ridiculous to see how desperate some people are for their love interests. I think the overall point in this drama is how emotions play a enormous role in the development of any dream, and it is the ones close to you that influence your choices. From the beginning it had a sad, sweet and overwhelming desires to reach for our own dreams and wants. However, it became engulfed in tragedies and many innocent people being killed, or lost in the dangerous situations. There are a lot topics to discuss and think about in this drama.

This story is filled with so much action, despair, unconditional love, and real world examples to the legal justice faces everyday. It was the fist episode that caught me, then it was the actors, then it was the unbelievable twists for each characters role. It seems to the very end nothing makes senses. Even the moments of deep trust for the bonds formed within both sides were tested, to the extremes. I couldn't see how this would end; yet, whether good or bad I'm glad I stuck though it. So I recommend this to all who can stomach violence and heart ranching agony. Who will fall in love with the music, cast and above all the story; and reach a new understanding to the dark side of crime. Also when you reach the last episode credits, go on YouTube and play the ending song... it really helps deepen the point of the story.

It all starts with the first episode, the moment Alice decided to step into the hole. Han Se and Seung jo we're so cutie together and must of all Seung Jo smile is so pretty. The greatest bonus for the drama is the lead male roles ability to be melodramatic and very spontaneous. Even the music at times showcased his obsession to scripting every action to a written play like drama. The story falls under a mans in ability to face reality, along with all its up and downs; but, fate or good fortune has sent him a gift wrap with love, truth and a long overdue wake up call. I will recommend any one in the mood for romance, humor and a serious awakening to the society we live.

Moving on to the music and acting skills of the major actors, there was never a dull moment that I needed a break from the drama. Plus the music selection was so much on point that critical developments in the story were well felt.
Overall Boss & Me is a very worth while drama that proves the lead female can get her prince as long as she remains true to her goals and herself.

Ok, the story was long, but the idea and message was learned without struggling to finish the drama. I believe I spent more time shouting at the character for so many stupid decisions than asking when it will end. Plus i love love the music mainly the first opening song; in fact I'm listening to it right now "Fire of the heart" this works well it makes one cry. Overall, a definite re-watch but only for your favourite scenes cause be don't want you to be upset over mind boggling actions.
I recommend for you die-hard romance and fantasy lovers who would enjoy a deep development between soul mates and the hard choices that come with weighing their destinies in the balance.
