Replay: The Moment When It Starts Again

Not the best acting or writing, but cute and a good start for an inexperienced cast
The acting wasn't the best, most of the cast (including Miyeon, who was the reason I tuned in) is relatively inexperienced and it definitely showed. Some of them struggled at showing emotion at times, and the chemistry felt lacking in some scenes. BUT I'm taking it as a great opportunity for growth for all of them, as they all did show potential, and I really hope to see them all in future dramas. I would say the best performance was given by Choi Jisu.I think the writing was also pretty spotty, there were several plot points that were introduced and then randomly dropped, and I feel like we didn't get too much into the characters' individual motivations aside from the two male leads. There was also a lot of filler that wasted valuable episode time as well. I also think, while the male lead definitely grew as a character by the end, I think there could have been more actual buildup of he and the female lead's relationship - there wasn't much progression of that dynamic from Episode 1 to 10.
All this being said, the series still gave me the warm feelings a cute romance story always does. It was also a very aesthetically pleasing series, with beautiful sets, outfits for all the characters, and great music.
I'm not sure if I would recommend a rewatch if you don't have a sentimental connection to the cast like I do, but I would definitely enjoy a Season 2 with hopefully improved writing and acting.
