Save yourself the time and PASS

Only saving grace of this drama was Aaron Yan. I should've known better because I'm not a Puff Guo fan but wanted to try watching Just You based on some positive reviews. Big mistake. Puff's character is the type of FL I dislike the most...childish, naive, unaware, annoying, loud (oh so loud)...just UGH! I cringed so much whenever she spoke or ran like a toddler or did pretty much anything. And yes, I know that the drama wanted to show how all these qualities made her unique and special, but it was so over the top that I really couldn't see how ML would ever fall for her. Yes, she toned down towards the end, but not enough to redeem the damage already done for me.

Also, Aaron Yan's manga hairstyle...I didn't mind it so much but I really disliked his "unstyled out of the shower" hair. It looked like a bowl cut. I think the show's hairstylists could have figured out a way to make his just-showered-going-to-bed hair a little better. Other than that, Aaron's character development of Qi Yi was what kept me watching the show.

My favorite character is actually Mei Mei, the office administrative assistant. Her lines toward her coworker who has a crush on her were unexpected, punchy, and on-point! She was fun to watch!

SPOILER...
The whole estranged family plot line seemed very far-stretched, and the reasons for sending Qi-Yi's mom away made no sense to me, and the dad's inability to bring her back made even less sense. Crazy ex-girlfriend plot line was also painful to watch.

If you are thinking of watching this for Aaron Yan...I would say pass on Just You and watch Refresh Man instead.
