Japan really knows how to crank out some melancholic BLs (eg, Eternal Yesterday). This one is gritty and dark, not for the faint of heart. TWs: abuse and suicide; the series does not hold back. But it's a harrowing love story, supremely-acted. And you'll be on the edge of your seat wondering if there will be a happy ending. Well worth a watch, if you can stomach it.
