The action scenes are pretty good and I love that Yaya is very believable as a princess - elegant, poised and "well-trained" in archery, fencing, martial arts and can hold a gun. I love that she is not the damsel-in-distress type who only waits for the male population to rescue her.
I cannot understand why they said it was a flop in Thailand as it had a good plot, beautiful faces, good friendship, breathtaking scenery and it was fun seeing the Royal wardrobe as well.
The only con for me was that the ending seemed rushed - another episode would've made it better.

This is my first time seeing the ML and FL and they are both cute and great actors. Amazing chemistry and so natural too! I love that it is not too fluffy but at the same time delivers enough sweetness.
Premise is unique, well one that I have not seen yet in any dramas where guy helps girl in over the top but realistic ways. So glad that they kept the 3rd story arc to a minimum as I really hate it when they have those evil, obsessed and cruel 3rd parties.
Beautiful cinematography too!
The only con I found was the guys' (both ML and 2nd ML) make-up. Their foundations were so obvious as it was both too light and too oily. Too bad as the ML already looks good-looking but the make-up did kind of detract from his cuteness.

The backdrop which is Italy is so beautiful that you cannot help but fall inlove yourself. It gives you a glimpse of OFW's life but not in a depressing way.
Maine Mendoza is such a breath of fresh air. She acts so natural and so beautifully. Plus she's really pretty. Alden Richards is very expressive and is also a good actor. The side characters were also good additions without being distracting.
The chemistry between these leads is phenomenal!!! You can definitely feel the butterflies!
Must watch and highly recommend!

This is one show that made me laugh, then cry, then swoon, then fall in love and dreamed the impossible.
Good looking cast of characters who were so into their role that you believed that they were exactly who they were portraying on the small screen.
And the lipstick that sold out every time they put it on the market. Jun Ji Hyun is exceptionally pretty with her flawless skin and no make up look that I you can just stare at her on screen for hours on end. Kim So Hyun makes man bangs look so devastatingly handsome and IMHO the best looking crying man ever!

My introduction to the 2nd male lead syndrome.
My first but not last Lee Min Ho drama/show.
School bullying, first loves, friendship, peer pressure, teen angst, success stories and some evil side characters thrown in made for an interesting watch.
It has been so long that I cannot even remember the details. Some memorable scenes but not a lot.
But this is certainly one of the "must-watch" for every Kdrama novice.
I will not re-watch this show though. It was a good introduction but once is enough.

The chemistry between the main leads is off the charts! I really love their banter, their sweet moments and them just being together in one screen is enough for me to watch this again.
What I did not like? The supporting actress/third party - she is way tooo old for Mike! They should've picked a better, much younger actress. She looked more like an aunt than a love interest.
The second male lead almost gave me the 2nd male lead syndrome. And I say almost, but not quite. The leads really do belong to each other and the chemistry was unequaled!

I watched this mainly for Yaya because she really impressed me in Kleun Cheewit with her acting. Although I did not see the original of this remake, I must say Yaya did a good job working with the role she was given - being a victim of endless bullying, prejudice and envy. Her character was very frustrating at times to the point where you just want to slap some sense into her. The side characters were meh. Except for the antagonists: Song, her Mom and Panee and Thit's Mom. They were very effective in being so slap-worthy!
Main Lead actor was just eye-candy and that's it. I find his acting so bland, childish and most of the time he only acted cutesy or annoyed.
I loved the dresses and the period costumes and being acquainted with Thai customs. And those vintage cars!
I agree with most of the reviews and comments posted regarding this show. At first the bickering and push-and-pull were entertaining, the jealousy and misunderstanding started off amusing but got too old after a while. Until the very end, it was so frustrating that I just wanted it to get done and over with.
Overall, still pretty entertaining. Just don't expect too much.
spoiler alert:
Oh! And no kiss scenes!!! Really? After all the build-up????

Very good side characters which provided some additional dimension to the show. Having these characters made you root for some, hate some, commiserate with some and empathize with some of them.
I am partial to Jung So Min as she is one of my favorite actresses. I think she is a very good, natural actress who can do justice to her roles. She's not very over the top. And I disagree with those who said she is so stiff in her role in this show. The role calls for some stiffness, she had to be stoic in certain situations. She is guarded, not stiff.
Loved the secondary couple - Mr. Ma and Soo Ji. Ho Rang was okay and their couple story-line also showed some other aspect of a relationship . LOVED Bo Mi! She is hilarious with her deadpan delivery.
And the Mom's wedding letter will forever be the most touching Mother-Daughter scene for me.
There were a lot of quotable quotes that I will definitely jot down once I re-watch, so yes to re-watch value!

I put off watching this drama because the plot didn't sound very promising and I especially hate the annoying third party arc in a lot of dramas but after reading reviews, I finally took the plunge and happy that I did.
The story line was interesting in that they have some supernatural elements that seemed plausible. There was a good moral to the story, the side/supporting characters were all interesting, the friendship deep, a filial son, very supportive parents (Oh Hae Young's) and a great love that went through a lot of challenges.
Pros: different types of love were shown - parent's love for their daughter, brother/sister relationship, noona romance, May-December romance, love and loyalty between friends and co-workers, et al.
Cons: there was not much difference between the 2 Oh Hae Youngs, beauty-wise. I really wanted to give the main Oh Hae Young a good hairdo but she was equally pretty as the other Oh Hae Young.
I'll stop here as I do not want to spoil anything by giving too much info.
Bottom line: Watch it!
