A true masterpiece that takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions!

"The Untamed" is one of the best c-dramas I've ever watched. I even read the novel "Mo Dao Zu Shi" while watching the adaptation, and I personally think that the drama exceeds the original text in every imaginable way.

It's difficult to summarize what makes this drama so exceptional because it's something you have to experience. The characters are complex and engaging, and the story takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the 50 episodes. What stands out most about "The Untamed" is the incredible world-building and character development. Every character, whether good or bad, is given the respect they deserve, and the world they inhabit is painted in shades of grey rather than black and white.

Xiao Zhan, who plays Wei Wuxian, is beyond incredible in this production. His nuanced acting is simply awe-inspiring. The chemistry between him and Wang Yibo is also noteworthy, but this is not a typical BL drama. Instead, it's a story about true feelings, devotion, family, and sacrifice, following a group of young people on a journey that will change their lives forever.

Honestly, if you haven't watched "The Untamed" yet, I highly recommend doing so right now. I only wish I could erase my memory and experience it all over again with the same sense of wonder and excitement
