The Fable is a medium-paced action movie with goofy comedy and satisfying stage combat. The humour isn't for everyone, and I hardly laughed. However, I found the awkwardness funny when the joke didn't land, and I think that's what the movie is aiming for.

Although the acting can be over the top for comedic purposes, the cast knows how to act. There's nothing much to be said about the soundtrack, but the sound effects for the combat scenes and gunshots are good.

It's not the best action comedy movie, but it's good enough to be added to your watchlist. My only complaint is Yoko's lack of involvement in the fights. Although she's more of a 'guy in the chair', I wish I could see her in action with Fable.
