I dropped the show

It takes me a while to realize I don't like a show until I'm almost finished with it, and that's excactly what happened here. I used to be excited for the next episode and then it started feeling like an obligation to keep watching😕

The issues I have with the show are:
The dialogue is bad and cringey, they baby Pat like he isn't a grown man (like the convo with his parents about their divorce was something that should have happened when they first broke up years ago), the music is bad, its WAYY too slowburn, Pat's feelings are so murky it's still even hard to see when he started liking Jeng and if he really does, the other characters stories are executed poorly, and the story overall just isn't that good.
Wouldn't reccomend unless you wanna feel like you wasted your time.

WOW
 just WOW

I knew I would enjoy the show as my friend recommended it to me but this has got to be one of my favorite shows. Literally everything was done so well. Most people have the misconception that due to the lack of episodes, it would have poor execution but 6 episodes is perfect. The concept and plot of the show is just amazing and the romance and politics are just so well done. I also love how the show shows so many different types of relationships and dynamics. I’m absolutely in love with this show. It was so enjoyable and it was silly and not too serious. Also the ost was great and I’ll keep listening to it

Weird but good

Sometimes I just expect weirdness from a Japanese drama because they be having some outlandish plots. This is no exception
The plot is weird in a kinky kinda way but they manage to make it wholesome and heartwarming while also still keeping that sensuality. The show is also funny due to the ridiculous of the characers, especially Natori, but they also know how to balance in the seriousness. I liked all the characters and I liked the conflicts seen in the show. Overall this show was a good watch and I'd recommend it. Like this show is definitely a guilty pleasure.

Tried too hard to be deep and complex and made a garbage movie

So I started the movie, really enjoying the ambiance and how it was filmed. But as I get further into the movie, I was confused about if the guy's ra**** is supposed to be the movie's love interest. But then I found out that Kai wasn't his ra****, but still, the things he said to him and how he treated him were not okay. That made the movie unnecessarily triggering. Including all the police scenes. And the dynamic between them was strange and so that was bad.
Also, it's like the movie refuses to see him as an actual victim. Like I can understand if they did that in a satirical way like that's how society actually treats men who have experienced s3xual abuse, but no; the tone conveys that he isn't one and shouldn't feel or be treated as such, and the real victim is Kai. (Kai is a victim but MC was one aswell.)
Also the rap is such a random and unnecessary element of the movie. It's so weird that rap is an integral part of the story. The rapping isn't even that bad, but it just comes across as cringe.
Overall the movie was bad and unnecessarily messy. I wasn't looking for a happy ending because someone who goes through that kind of trauma isn't gonna be all rainbows and sunshine in the end, but still, his death was dumb. The movie was just bad okay!
If you rated this movie high, something is wrong with you. It's like the aesthetic of the movie won you over and how it talks about serious issues, but the truth of the matter is: the movie was poorly written and thought out

Possibly the worst kdrama I've ever seen

This show is terrible.
1. The characters are all shallow and mean. I hate all of them, maybe not the best friend who likes to rap, she didn't seem bad, but everyone else is just plain terrible. There are a few others, but they are too small of characters to even give me relief from all the b.s. the main characters be pulling.
2. This is my main turn-off of the show: Why is the female lead TERRIFIED of the main lead?? I get being shy or nervous, but every time Cha Eunwoo walks near her, she looks physically uncomfortable, and it's incredibly hard to ship them. She literally looks at him as if he's some type of perv who's following her around. Whenever she sees him, she looks scared and I don't know if that's bad acting or what, but it's so uncomfortable. I like romance dramas for the romance and it just wasn't there.
3. They are not giving the mean girl what she truly deserves. It's like they trying to just write it off because she's poor and has an ed when she actually belongs in literary hell.
4. I tried to keep watching because I thought I saw something in the show, but there must have been something in my eyes because it was really just bad.
1000% do not recommend this show

A surprising movie that is well done

I vaguely read the summary, I just knew it had Song Joongki so I wasn’t expecting the plot of the movie. At the beginning the movie seems more realistic fiction and the later goes into a more wild experience but is still realistic fiction. And it’s also more of a romance then I expected which I loved. This movie is so well done and as expected Joongki is such a brilliant actor. It’s so sad yet beautiful and inspiring. It gives me a mix of The Good Lie and kind of Flower of Evil. Absolutely loved watching this and will recommend plus rewatch!

VERY boring

Prem and Boun are one of those couples who are better off-stage than on and that's why we wanted more for them than the little they got in UWMA. However, I wished we didn't.

This show was mostly boring and the side couples were far better and more interesting, though sadly they did not get enough screen time.
Episode after episode was the exact same thing for Win and Team. I am a person who loves sleeping scenes, but just like with My Only 12%, that was ALL they had. And I don't understand why. There was quite literally NOTHING keeping them apart. There were no obstacles yet they appeared magically. It shouldn't have taken them this long to get together. If they had gotten together earlier we could have had better scenes.

Also for coming from a show like UWMA, the audio mixing and osts were TERRIBLE! It was so bad and never seemed to be fitting the mood it was in. Like the whole orchestra piece on Waan and Tul's scene was CRAZZY.

Speaking of Waan and Tul, they deserved more scenes together because their setup was so good and interesting and they were a far better watch than Win and Team.

They still did Sammy dirty and they should have actually shown her relationship with Phruek and their development more.

Also, Prince and B were an unnecessary couple that didn't even need to be in the show, yet (like Waan and Tul) stole the show.

Lastly, Boun cannot act, he's really bad at showing emotions outside of the typical "bad boy" emotions. For example, when Team and Pharm were playing in the water, he was looking at Teak and Dean was looking at Win like "ooh you're in love!" No he wasn't. That facial expression looked like discomfort and daydreaming. Like when some old person is complementing you at church and you put a smile on your face to have them think you're listening and are grateful but you're really lost in your own thoughts and is waiting to get away. That was how he looked. I'm sorry, I know Boun is a nice person, but he cannot act.

I would not recommend this show, there wasn't really a plot and it was too melodramatic, the main couple was boring, and it was a waste of time. So very disappointing.

One of the worst Japanese bls I’ve seen

There’s so much to say

This show wasn’t really about the romance, it was more about the main character’s poor work life balance lol. And that wasn’t even resolved, only thing he did was lock himself into a more destructive cycle.
The “romance” was poorly done and there was hardly any chemistry. All there was was comfortability between the two characters.
And the show was boring and slow pace, there really wasn’t much excitement except when he j*rked him off lol.
It’s promising when you first watch it, like it kind of had that Cutie Pie plot but then it just goes downhill.
It was a waste of time imo, I’d rather watch way more other Japanese bls.

Unecessary Plotlines and Poor Character construction

1. some of the acting or atleast the emotional scenes were bad and over the top, especially hwang guemju
2. they developed heesik and namsoon’s relationship tooquickly and so it lacked excitement
3. they should jit have made the villains so appealing and lowkey people you root for only to be so harsh to them in the end like the bodyguard and sio
4. bread song was a dumb plotline and he should have just ended up being ryu sio’s lost friend
5. also the random info that came after sio’s death was just unnecessary like him finding his father and the boxing ring ince being an orphanage
6. The vagrant people was an even dumber plotline, Idkw he had to be a jerk and then get treated dirty like that. it was so unnecessary and bad, i hated it
7. I hated Namsoons switch up on sio, I thought she would have more sympathy because of how they developed their story but that was untrue, she became like a different person which is understandable cause of what he did but they should not have made him such a character to sympathize with if they wanted us to feel namsoon’s anger

An Unecessary Watch

However, it does not mean it wasn’t entertaining
Bad:
The storyline and use of the vampire concept was done very poorly. I felt like they wrote off every thing vampire and made nonsense political issues that was not interesting enough to follow.
Character’s origin are weird and unexplained
Couple development is poorly done and paced weirdly
Bed scenes. I’d rather have had one if they were just gonna do the same exact things. And the main couple’s bed scenes were all problematic smh. Especially the 7th episode’s

Good:
Characters. The characters were very funny and entertaining.
Final fight scenes. These were actually good which Thai bls be struggling with. However, I don’t know why they wouldn’t give glimpse of this in the other episodes. And they made all the vampires seem like they can’t fight.
Character dynamics. I loved all the pairings and the chemistry were strong. I especially loved Zen and Ran. And the friend group was fun.

TBH the actors made the show. Too bad they were given a đŸ’©plot line. Unecessary watch that I wouldn’t recommend but if you do you MIGHT enjoy your time

It was promising but then kept going downhill

I actually enjoyed the show at the beginning and the pacing. I also liked how I knew right away who were gonna be the couples, especially with Doyoon and Juha.

Part of me like the toxicity cause it caused for very thrilling moments but I cannot ignore it.

Every character was gay but had a sense of internalized homophobia. I at least appreciated Juha’s development but Taeyi and Seheon being that way made no sense.

Also, Every relationship had assault and sexual assault and that I can not ignore either. There were so many unsolicited touching and kisses that actually wasn’t okay even if it is in the name of bls. And like I said, I get it with Juha and Doyoon, like that was actually their story, but the instance with Taeyi and Seheon outside of the jazz bar was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It was out of character but was looked over once again.

And lastly the conflict of Taeyi’s and Seheon’s older brothers was just poor writing. It was actually so unnecessary and pissed me off. And the fact it was resolved so quickly just proved that it never was needed.

Overall the production of the show was nice and I liked the characters stand alone but the dynamics were f’ed up and the love could have been sweeter and less aggressive.

Tertible and bad layout and aspects

The show lacked layout and the contestants just did whatever. And sometimes this can be a good thing but it was actually very empty and boring. Also the wolf aspect was a poor idea. It just caused for the women to be demonized and suspected on. It would have been more fair for the wolf to be any gender, not just the women. I also didn’t like how the show’s aspect of photography had nothing to do with the dating show, it was unnecessary. The layout was just poor overall which I’m very surprised for a Netflix show

WOW, Unexpectedly good and is the type of indie movie that would be making headlines

I get if some people wouldn’t like the hyper sexuality in the movie but it’s really a side part of the movie, the main part of the movie is it’s rich plot. It’s the kind of nostalgia and indie that is PERFECT. I love the themes presented in this movie like the internalized ageism and the belief that many people share of becoming useless once you are older. I also love the memories of a Kaoru’s past, it’s reminiscent of the Marauders in Harry Potter, like the idea of this iconic and fun groups of friends in a coming of age way is sooooo good. Honestly I want this movie to be adapted for global viewership because it would be winning awards left and right. WATCH THIS MOVIE

This show was hilariously bad

As other people stated, the characters were all dumb. Another thing, this show was just way too melodramatic. It was so cringy. That's the only reason why I would recommend this show so that you can laugh at the theatrics.
Because the show was so short, the couple wasn't really something you can ship that much. Like I couldn't believe they "loved" each other, but at least I could feel chemistry.
The worst thing about this show was the ending, lmaoooooooooo it was so bad. Like the plot had potential but they did so bad.
I think the show tried to pull people in with spicy scenes, but it's Korea, those scenes were barely anything. So overall the show wasn't that good and was a waste of time. At least the actors were adorable.

whoever made this should lose their job

All the people telling you it's good, are lying. This movie should not have an overall score of 6.8, it should be at most a 4.
It's honestly so bad, the only reason why people liked it was that there was just a little bit of spice scenes. And those scenes were even bad.
The storyline was just terrible, I don't even know what they wanted to do. This movie was just a terrible idea and should have never been made.
I would only recommend it so you can understand how bad it was.
I would honestly rate it a 0 if I could.
