Good Drama with growth and development
I did like the overall drama and the growth of the characters. ML is a very good lawyer while the FL is an amazing doctor. Professionally they are very competent and excel in their field. However, they are not the best at communication and can be a bit 'cold'. I really liked the growth of the characters and there wasn't any clingy 2nd leads either so that was refreshing. This is a great show but definitely not something I would probably be rewatching. Just personal taste.SPOILER BELOW:
I do feel like the ending for the main couple was a bit rushed. Like they broke up in ep 35 and got back together in the last 5 minutes of ep 40. I wish we could get a better ending for them.

A drama that shows supportive females
One nice thing about this drama is all the female characters supported and took care of each other. There was no backstabbing b*tch or some SFL trying to ruin the FL. It was very nice to see such supportive females all together. There was also a lot of emotion in this show. It shows how these girls were forced to leave their countries and how they miss their family who took care of them. All these girls come from different countries which have different values and ways of doing things. One girl has horrible parents and an abusive "husband" and I felt like the actress really portrayed those emotions well. There were also a lot of funny moments with the third prince's harem. Those girls were hilarious. The ML was also very good and voiced his opinions and helped the FL.Was this review helpful to you?
Definitely a must watch
I really loved this drama and the acting by the cast was pretty good. It's a very dark story and be warned there are scenes of abuse but they aren't really graphic. To be honest the ending dragged a bit but it wasn't that bad. I loved how the characters were portrayed. I still felt like there were some things unresolved in the ending like what actually happens to the father but overall it has a nice ending. I honestly felt a bit bad for the villain at times which is impressive because I don't tend to feel that bad for many of them. I think if he had a normal childhood he would have turned out much differently and I honestly wanted him to go to prison and reflect on what he did. I actually felt sad about his ending. I really do think he loved Mari but just didn't truly know what love was. Absolutely hated the father, he honestly deserves to die.Was this review helpful to you?
Really good movie but one time watch
The story is really good at for an action fanatic like myself, I really liked all the action in this movie. It's a thriller and suspense movie and I thought it was really good. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me and I really connected with the characters. I'm a huge fan of Chang Wook and I'm really happy he acted in this movie. Only bad thing is once you know the story, the suspense is gone and the movie is boring. Definitely not something I will watch again but really good movie to watch once.Was this review helpful to you?
