A thriller that will blow your mind with every plot twist
Parasite easily became my favorite movie as soon as I watched it, over a year ago.It has to be one of the best narrative films I've ever seen! Nothing can be truly compared to it.
Every single scene feels super intriguing, and it had me hooked from very beginning because it just keeps getting crazier and crazier.
The plot revolves around two families, a rich family, and a low class family, that "without a plan" starts making their way into the wealthy's life to work for them in order to get away from their flooded apartment and the poor Wi-Fi connection, not knowing that it'll just just make things even more complicated for them.
This movie made me reflect a lot on capitalism and how much society makes us think that in order to be happy, you have to be living someone else's life. And unless you fake it till' you make it, you will be looked down upon because you stink.

The simplicity of this show is what makes it special.
Despite not having a complicated plot, something about the way it was written and the cinematography made me feel attached to the characters easily from the moment I started watching this. You can deeply feel and relate to the emotions that each character wants to convey, everyone in this show is so likeable. The casting was great and everyone played their role perfectly. The pacing was excellent, and I must say that I loved the constant flashbacks of their highschool days! There's so much overflowing chemistry between the leads, that I was constantly smiling at my screen. Another strength of this drama is how many different issues are covered in a way that is not overwhelming. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of communication, I even felt like their relationship was toxic at first, so it was good to see the character development and how they became more open about their feelings and struggles.
Overall, is a feel-good show, very heartwarming, chill, cute and healing. I will rewatch this from time to time when I feel like I need a hug. :)
