they both have a similar vibe i think, ayaka chan is a more straightforward lesbian drama whereas futari monologue is a fruity-ish friendship but both have a girl that changed her appearance (blonde + contacts) to look cooler in the eyes of the other girl that they like.

they both have the same quirky, lots of inner monologue freak outs that are common in japanese comedies so i think if u liked awhsnk you will like futari monologue :3

ok this rec is mostly on vibes
they feel similar to me because of the mix of the fantastical element - ifylita with the time travel/being able to see the other version of yourself and motb with the teddy bear turning into a human - and a very serious storylines. i think they both have excellent plotlines about inter-familial relationships

not a bl but is a time loop drama ! the mc is kind of shitty and uses the time loop to find more out about the "love interest" and manipulate them into falling in love with him

- imo both have an obsessive relationship (?) method less so
- minor cheating (on the side heterosexual relationship) subplot

light on me does the enemies to lovers trope right with a satisfying ending!
