Way too much of everything
this is my first time giving a low rating like that but I think its just my personal preferences that made me go with 4 stars only. I dropped this series because it was too much of uae's trauma scenes, too much off these sexual scenes with king. I mean sum hook ups are fine duh but every dayum 5 minute a s*x scene was really too much and it took the special meaning s*x can have in a relationship. I just wished for more focus on the development in Kings and uaes relationship but I also only watched 4 episodes. I just don't want to keep up with all these unnecessary s*x scenes, trauma scenes. Basic but cute
I really liked the simplicity of this story. It's nothing special or something I personally would re-watch but it was a chill and cute drama that one can watch in times of boredom. I think the main idea of this drama was actually very good but the way it was portrayed at the end was kind of boring. Nothing special rlly happened, there just wasn't much going on. That was quite disappointing. I would have enjoyed it more if they would have added more content, more about their relationship, more interesting stuff happening.Was this review helpful to you?
Just WOW!
I just can't find my words to describe how well put and wonderful I found this Japanese Drama. The actors both portrayed their characters, their feelings and their emotions so well. I especially loved Ritsu with his humble and sweet character. This Drama showed both sides of a relationship - The one side that comes with a lot of hardships and the other one that can be beautiful and rosy. We had a good amount of both and that's what made the Drama so worthy to watch for me. I also loved the way we got many flashback scenes to understand their feelings and thoughts better. For a 6 episode Drama, this is really amazingly good. I can recommend it to everyone.Was this review helpful to you?
I love it and I am frustrated at the same time
Listen, I really loved this story idea and I fell in love with Hyunjun as YooHan in this drama. The way they both start to bond with each other and learn about each others vulnerabilities makes me fall in love with them as a couple. I re-watched Color Rush a million times by now and I gotta say that its one of my favorite bl dramas. The only thing that makes me feel a bit frustrated is that it's only 8 episodes but this is just personal preference. I also often had the feeling (correct me if I'm wrong or misinterpreting) that the actor of yoohan didn't feel comfortable with hugging or kissing yeonwoo. It sometimes felt very stiff and unnatural. This is also something I didn't really enjoy watching sadly.Was this review helpful to you?
Nothing special but still enjoyable
I don't know why everyone is so pressed about the acting, the "basic and boring" story line and the music. Yeah, this bl drama is really basic from its story line but I personally enjoyed this simplicity since I don't always need an unique and special storyline to enjoy a drama. I also enjoyed just falling into this fluffy and kitschy story between them too. For a drama with only 8ep it made well done and I can only recommend this drama as a quick watch for ppl who enjoy simple and fluff stuff.Was this review helpful to you?
Simple, Fun and Enjoyable
I just love how much I laughed in only 2 episodes already! That goofy humour build in this season is super enjoyable and hilarious, I especially love Hira's awkwardness! I caught myself laughing most of the time, but I also enjoyed the simple storyline of two people getting used to each others life's and personality! So far I can't wait for the next episodes, although I wish that Hira starts to learn how to love himself and not talk himself bad in front of Kiyoi like he is not worth being with him.Was this review helpful to you?
Probably the best Drama I've ever watched
What makes this drama so special and unique is the way the sense of loss, the worry of forgetting our loved one and the silent mourning was illustrated. Both actors expressed so many feelings with their facial expressions, especially in scenes like the first kiss. It really caught my breath. The setting and the association with the rain is also super nice. I'm going to watch this drama again because it gave me tremendous comfort with the openness about this heavy subject (loss, fear, death). It was an unique experience.Was this review helpful to you?
Good characters, enjoyable story line
I really enjoyed watching this bl. The characters are written to fall in love with them while watching this series. These are also couples that you root you for, really enjoyable. I just wished for a better ending scene (it was just that back hug at the end but donghee never really answered hotaes question, that annoyed me a bit) of hotae and donghee since I rlly loved them as a side couple. The kissing scenes were a bit awkward to watch since they basically and barely really kissed but just pressed each others lips onto another, but we're quite used to that in korean bls. But other than that, it was good watch. I can recommend it to everyone since its also a good story plot.Was this review helpful to you?
Lovely story but the last two episodes...
I really liked the drama. Ngl the first two episodes were hard to watch since I firstly had to understand why Taehyeon behaves the way he did. But after we got to know more about his past, everything became easier to understand and to follow (about his behavior). The last two episodes were extremely rushed and this took the romance completely away. I just wished for more romance since we barely got any. This doesn't take the fact that this drama is still really good and both of the actors did a great job. :)Was this review helpful to you?
The Best BL Drama I've ever seen
I don't know where to start. The work they put into the characters to bring them to live was amazing! The storyline is well done, no filler episodes, no boring or unnecessary scenes - only enjoyable, adventurous and lovely scenes! I loved the way they handled the mental health topic which is why I loved Jaewon so much. The producers portrayed him so well! :) I also loved the love story between Jaewon and Jihyun. It wasn't rushed or too much, the perfect amount of emotional love, affection. I can recommend this drama to EVERYONE!! It was amazing!! 😭🤍Was this review helpful to you?
Simple, cute and great acting
i just love a Korean bl drama where both actors feel comfortable and chill with each other, especially during kiss scenes etc.. This sadly happens to rarely but Our Dating Sim did everything right with choosing these actors. I loved their chemistry in the drama, the simple but cute storyline and especially the little scenes at every end of each episode that made me smile everything. This is a great quickwatch I can recommend to everyone here. But I also loved the side characters and the portraying of how difficult love sometimes can be. It wasn't too much sugar-coated but it had both things - the realistic side and the beautiful side of love.Was this review helpful to you?

The perfect amount of everything!
The drama really had a bit of everything. Be it action, romance, intimacy, conflict - it was really well designed! I also found the actors super authentic and it was just fun to watch them. I also found the story itself really exciting and it's definitely a drama that I'll watch again sometime. Above all, I found the story of Sky really touching. It's the way Prapai is gentle and patient with Sky, who has had such extremely traumatizing experiences. Especially at the moment when he finally figured it all out.
