PLEASE WATCH - emotional, warm, & lovely
His is one of the best movies I've ever watched. I know that's coming off very strong, but as someone desperately looking for good lgbtq+ content (bonus points if it comes w/ some found family) this was a goldmine.STORY: This movie is a continuation of Shun and Nagisa's high-school relationship from the movie "His - I didn't think I would fall in love". However, as I'm not a huge fan of high-school dramas, I have not watched it and have no plans to. This movie worked just as great as a stand-alone. Even without knowing the beginnings of their story, the romance and emotions felt very real and pungent in this movie.
MESSAGE: The romance felt real and beautiful. Their reunion and evolution throughout the film was understandable and really hit home w/ my own coming-out struggles. Apart from the romance though, this movie deals with Nagisa's daughter and divorce really well. It's not a happy-go-lucky, everything-is-perfect kind of movie. It tackles the pain and hardship of a family breaking apart, as well as the joys in finding a new one, and how messy the two of those things can be when coexisting.
I highly recommend this movie! Please do yourself a favor and take two hours to watch this. It is absolutely worth your time.

adorable, fun, & heartwarming - aka: a MUST WATCH
This drama was really really good! When I first heard that there would be a kdrama remake of Zac Efron's 17 Again, I was skeptical. There was a lot about the original movie that felt weird to me, and I wasn't sure how this story would translate to 16 hours of screentime. However, this adaption came out almost PERFECT. It had everything I loved; adorable and fun characters, an over-the-top but engaging plot, hilarious moments, an all-around loveable cast of characters, and just enough angsty, teary moments to round everything out. Very few dramas actually bring me through the whole range of emotions, but this one did and it did it well. While it is definitely overall a sappy romance, there's just as much heartwarming family love, friendships, and coworkers relationships to go around.
The switches between the adult and high school worlds were always fun and gave the drama so much more material to work with! Though I sometimes wanted more time with certain characters, I feel that the drama did a good job balancing all their story-lines. It flowed together nicely, and the ML (both the young and old versions) did a great job of bringing the two characters and worlds together!
After finishing and reflecting on this drama for a bit, it's only gotten better! Though I watched it as it aired, I can only image it would be just as good to binge. I highly recommend watching!!

Documentary-style fun with plenty of cameos
This was a quick and hilarious drama! It's a mockumentary, focusing on Seungri from Big Bang and an assortment of hilarious, foolish, and quirky side characters. YG Future Strategy Office is a funny and lighthearted watch. There's something funny for everyone, since the humor is all over the place. Many jokes had me absolutely laughing at loud, while others didn't stick. They had a good range of slapstick, pointed camera stares, dirty jokes, bizarre scenarios, etc. Honestly, the comedy was all over the place - but in a good way.
The cameos were fun! I only recognized about a third of the singers, actors, or models that appeared. But whether you recognize them or not, they all gave quick, hilarious performances. Since they're not all actors or actresses, the acting can get a bit iffy, but that just added to the slightly bizarre, random feel.
Highly recommend if you want a casual and hilarious viewing experience!
