I've been keeping an eye on Korea and it's portrayal of LGBTQ+ characters so this movie surely didn't disappoint.
I did feel like they could've dug into detail a bit more and we could get more interactions between the two main characters but it did satisfy overall and didn't feel boring or too forced both actors nailed their parts and got my head spinning at some points.

The tone change between the beginning when we had outdoor scenes and much brighter colors to the darker blue-ish tones by the ending scenes and the whole actual play sequence.
I am looking forward to see more south Korean movies of this caliber with lgbtq themes in the future.

I have seen mixed reviews for this drama and I can see why, but I did like the story even if some parts weren't really realistic but I can't ask every drama or film to be seriously realistic because its after al a work of fiction.
First Kame's acting is top-notch really from my point of view he is so good and I am glad he is actively acting, his smug reaction and mental breakdowns whatever he does he nails it. (okay I am Kame biased lol)

The supporting cast wasn't bad either especially with some actors who are already known in the scene, the story unfolds nicely and the climax was really good I just hated the flashbacks because they were overused and I wanted more on Daichi his best friend and the romance wasn't the main focus in the drama so the ending was kinda errr thrown in for some romanesque feels? Anyway worth watching and I highly recommend it.

A soulful journey to life as a working adult

I saw an FMV to this movie and got intrigued so I came with a vague idea on what is about, Aoyama's workplace is hell and I guess it reflects heavily on work yourself to the bone culture in Japan, but the story and the pacing were perfect, Aoyama's despair and feelings were tangible and real especially that I have been in a similar setting myself not long ago. Suicide wouldn't be too far-off to anyone who feels like there is no escape, lucky for Takeshi that Yamamoto saw that desperation in him and decided he needs to change it, making him reflect back on what matters. Creating hope if you haven't found it is the base moral of the story, extending a helping hand and be kind you never know how you might change their lives. A really solid story with a good ending. To anyone who is struggling as a working adult you do you, even if you had to quit a toxic place, it is never the end.

Drama name Nirvana in fire 2: the wind blows on changlin

Even though it's related to the 1st installment but it surely delivers a consistent story line and beautiful characters with a nod here and there to the old characters and how they're all connected together. I loved how a young capricious man turned great leader the strict father who in fact loves his sons unconditionally even though one of them isn't of his flesh and blood. The brotherly love the wife and husband completing each other nicely strong female characters to some extent also how each villain wasn't totally black and white classically evil because they're just evil but because of their humanity they're weaknesses. Except some hiccups it's a really highly acclaimed and recommended drama it's smart, witty and will certainly engage you in its lush lore.

Overall Satisying-Just don't go for a season 2

My friends recommended this drama, and I jumped to it right after Beyond Evil, which might have affected my judgment. I would say it started off strongly then it dropped when we had so many unexplored plot lines and the OZ organization was like a balloon that promised to pop only to wither away quietly.
I want more crime/thriller Korean dramas Mouse was good but they had many weaknesses that would be better fixed for the next drama.
So, what I liked were the acting Lee Seung Gi and the supporting cast all did a great job, Ko Mo Chi would do nicely in comedy and I love his short-fused reactions. The child actor would be a great actor in the future, overall it was a good watch, I recommend it.
