This is a really solid show, it's not great but not bad either. Overall I could say it's a bit bland, but the writing is good and the package is tight, boring at times but bearable. Everything in the show makes sense, it's not too fast but not unbearably slow either, everything is just perfectly balanced. Perhaps, because this drama is so generic it lacks in character but it's entertaining enough. The chemistry between the main couple is good and the acting is okay. I'd say this is a good drama if you aren't very familiar with Korean dramas yet or if you feel nostalgic and want to go back in time and enjoy something old. There is nothing new about the plot and it's not as fast paced as the newest dramas but enjoyable, anyway. This show is really basic (typical romance) and has all Kdrama elements like stormy romance, drama, typical exaggeration, strict parents, "evil" grandfather, strange humor, conflicts, misunderstandings, innocent love, awesome best friends, crazy heroine and the asshole main guy.
