I like the story plot. It was a great hook at the start too. Show gets draggy at some parts especially towards the end. Would have liked a better ending though, I love family reunions! Well, still a happy ever after, more realistic than the usual and I am contented with that.

Did not intend to watch this due to Park Shin Hye being one of the cast, she has spoiled many almost great kdramas for me so has become quite a turn-off. Decided to give this a go after seeing reviews for the drama. Personally, I felt that the synopsis for this drama did not give it justice, synopsis simply wasn't interesting enough for a click. Thank goodness for viewer reviews. Surprisingly, this was a very captivating and exhilarating ride, especially if you like playing RPG games. Each episode was a great hook. This drama would be perfect and better received with a different lead actress, in my personal opinion. But still, I give this a 10, kudos.

Half Baked

Hmm this was a difficult drama to rate. It hooked me from start to ending with a great storyline, and then ended with a revenge that somehow failed at conclusion.

The other thing that irked me was that although there were many opportunities, the whole truth was never really disclosed to the public and kept safe behind closed doors of the privileged.

This is a drama that refuses to give a slice of happy and its aim seems to be to tell its viewers that reality is a bitch. It lures you with the premise and hopes and plans of revenge, and even with 20 episodes the revenge cannot be served.

Life goes on as usual for higher-ups who committed the crimes, with no actual repercussions. Realistic but for a drama viewer who wants to see justice served at least outside real life, not satisfying.

Notable acting by the ladies, I was especially drawn to the characters portrayed for Yoon Jae Hui and Oh Ye Rin.

The artworks by Son Sangki in this drama captivated me a lot, they evoked emotions and thoughts to intrigue me enough to do a google search on the artist and explore more of his artworks including his Artificial City series which is perhaps what the drama is named after.

In summary, I did not regret spending my 20 hours here as the storyline was actually entertaining until the unfortunate ending. Minus 3 stars for not giving the bad people what they deserved.

Not too bad. Don't expect complicated supersmart hi-tech revenge from these ladies though. The best part of this drama, and also what kept me till the end was definitely the warm-hearted bond and friendship between the four. It's wonderful to see the strong emotional support system. Some of the revenge were interesting and funny as well. Although not brilliant, I did enjoy this, it was worth a watch till the end. Characterization was also good, each character, not just the main characters, had their own development.

I love food, so this was a wonderful watch! Very heartwarming and endearing drama, with comradeship and family and even a talking horse! I enjoyed the characters here, and great choice of casting for the main leads! Character development is also great! But, too much romance for me. Not a fan of the romance here between the two main leads at all though, felt that it took too much from the drama, and gave the urge to fast forward the romance scenes multiple times. Tone down the main leads romance more than a few notches, and this drama is sincerely a 10/10 for me. It also made me want to eat the foods on screen a lot. Enjoyed it greatly.

Enjoyed this very much, witty and funny. One of the best casting in kdramas, all actors and actresses were perfect for their roles. I was really overjoyed to see Mi Young, I saw the actress first on Tunnel and love her acting. Also enjoyed Park Hoo Ja's character here. Almost a 10. I felt that the ending, although a good ending, was a little abrupt.

This was so good I binge-watched from start to finish. I especially love the chemistry between the two, great characterization and personality! And it somehow reminded me of The Prince Who Turned Into a Frog, also my ultimate favourite Taiwanese drama. So this was overall a plus, brought out the same feels haha.

Spoiler alert.
I would have given it a 10, had it not been for the cruel script that decided that her brother had to die and leave his heavily pregnant tragic love. Why can't they just make a happy ending, this was so unnecessary seriously. Sorry I can get very into the dramas.

I love this drama so much! Also, I binge watched this. It has every emotion in this, I cried and I laughed and everything else with the characters. It could probably be because I love supernatural dramas. If you liked this too, like me, you probably would also like Oh My Ghost and The Master's Sun.

Spoiler alert.
Watching the drama, it occurred to me how committing suicide can be a selfish and criminal act, causing grievous hurt or death to surrounding people and their innocent families as well.

Completed it due to the storyline between the husband and wife. I have never watched the western version, but the synopsis for this gave me a pull.

What I liked.
Characterization.
The quiet, confident nature of the wife.
The lady boss in her law firm, I saw her first in the oldie but goodie Cruel Temptation, and she didn't disappoint in this one either.

What I didn't like. Spoilers alert.
The legal cases shown here were boring to the max and not uncommon, unlike the typical korean legal dramas. I may be biased as I watch too many legal k-dramas.

Didn't like that until the end, there was no definite truth/honesty by the husband and reasonings behind the husband's affairs. Also, didn't like that the wife succumbed to having an affair as well, separation is not a divorce, so it is still an affair which makes her look like she stooped down to her husband's level. Also did not like that she looked like she forgave Dan in the end whom the husband had an affair with, and still worked with her. That's not cool at all.

She could be a good wife, although a cheating wife. Probably a good mother, although a good mother makes the decision to sacrifice her needs, wants, identity, feelings and emotions for her children's sake the moment she decides to be a mother. A good woman to herself, probably, as a woman who loves herself is loyal to her feelings and is selfish enough to act despite of others, and chooses her own actions.

The plot of the drama seemed great, and I was intrigued by Lee Hyun's past and present. However, the character of Cha Ji An made it very difficult for me to continue watching the drama, they portrayed her as a crime police inspector who is unbelievably dumb, weak and annoyingly irrational. Her actions place people in dangerous positions as well, which irks me as her job require her to be strong and at least a little bit smart as protector of the people. I had to drop it before she kills me as well out of frustration. Badly written female character, such a waste really.
