If you love yourself a good-looking cast, this movie is great. Kiritani Mirei and Yamazaki Kento are absolute eye candy, and the other cast members as well.

The main girl's personality was so-so. She was tenacious in her actions, and was somewhat outspoken, but her complete lack of anything else made her seem flat. I enjoyed her cute antics and presence. The male lead was hard to sympathize with, although it was possible. Because of this, second-lead syndrome is heavy in this movie.

One thing I really enjoyed was the take on the 'cliche' romance and its continuous focus on a 'stage' and its 'hero and heroine'. I found the concept interesting, and I liked Kiritani's portrayal of it. Certainly, second-lead actresses often have to play the role of long childhood friend who have had crushes on their male best friend for as long as they can remember. It was fun to watch a take from this perspective.

I have rewatched this movie twice, mostly because of particular scenes that I enjoy. I recommend watching this, even if it's just for the cast.
