I suggest watching The Rebel Princess if you enjoyed LLTG.
Both have:
- Cerebral plots
- Good cinematography, set design, OST, costumes, and overall production value
-Serious tension between ML and FL (total power couple)
-Strong, stoic, and feared General (who's a total softy for his woman)
-Small but fiercely intelligent and resourceful FL
-Palace politics (Rebel Princess is more palace politics heavy than LLTG).

Similarities-
- Good cinematography. Shot artistically and a bit bleakly
- Related to a popular male escort who is emotionally aloof but deeply lonely
- Have a male admirer who wishes to be close to them that the ML initially rejects
- Both have situations where a male lover is protective and even violent in order to protect the ML
-Slight violence in both related to the prostitution industry
-Great acting

Differences-
- Very different story.
- No Regret is more narratively plot-driven. Moneyboys is much more of a character study.
- No Regret has a happy ending; albeit a bit unconventional and a bit polarizing to some viewers.
-There are fewer explicit scenes in No Regret, but the very few that are evident are a bit more graphic.

A much quirkier, more light-hearted BL that has similarities to My Beautiful Man.

- Socially awkward, inexperienced man idolizes over more outgoing, more personable, more attractive male counterpart. In this case, they're work colleagues instead of classmates.

- Story is told from socially awkward Adachi's POV and later gives us insight into Kurosawa's POV.

-Both are inexperienced in love and in same-sex relationships.

Main Differences

- The magical element in 30-sai made Dotei Da to Mahotsukai ni Nareru rashii.

- My Beautiful Man (Utsukushii Kare) is more introspective and serious. It's more poetic and beautiful in my opinion, and the yearning and chemistry between the leads were much more palpable and intense, vs the more novice and light-hearted feelings I saw with this. Its very much a "first-romance" type series and the uncertainty and giddiness permeate throughout for a different viewing experience. Still, both are enjoyable and worth the watch.

* Park Seo Joon lead's both series.
* Slice of life type drama that shows the leads fighting against themselves and external factors in achieving their dreams against all odds
*Slow burn romance that takes time to develop from friendship to something more
*Revenge plot that takes years to resolve

Itaewon is definitely a more mature, darker drama, but I loved both series and could see the similarities as listed above.

Goblin is a more mature, much darker series in the way it tells Kim Shin's origin story and fate. There is a lot more slapstick comedy in the first few episodes of MRIAG that may deter someone who's looking for a more mature series, like Goblin, but I'd suggest sticking through it for a few episodes as the FL in MRIAG matures a bit and dies down on the excessive humor. I really enjoyed both series. Goblin's OST is *leagues* better (I'm still listening to it on repeat) as is the overall story, which I found had more depth and bittersweet storylines that made me feel more engaged. That said, I really really liked Gumiho as well, and despite how beautiful Goblin is, Gumiho had a much stronger plot/antagonist and I thought the ideas of fate and love had wonderful tie-ins to both shows.
