Communication is key

Them having these problems but getting through it with ✨communication ✨ so cute my loves. It was refreshing to see how their respective pasts played a role in what their relationship dynamic is like, and I love how realistic it was to show that not all of a sudden just because they start dating, Kiyoi is lovey dovey and Kira is confident now. Of course their issues from season 1 would come with them onto the relationship, and it was beautiful to see how they got through it. Hopes are high for the movie.

Consistency is nowhere to be found

Overall review: I don’t know where to start. The pace was awful, the buildup was horrendous, and they did so many things that seemed to happen out of nowhere (derogatory) I stopped at the beginning of episode 5 but I am 95% sure that my score would've stayed around the same and the story wouldn’t have made the watch worth it. 8 episodes each lasting around 24ish minutes, don’t even bother watching. Hit “not interested” and move on to the next thing in your watchlist.

-Pace: Time jumps that didn’t make sense
-Chemistry among the leads: boring not going to lie, Haebom was cute!
- Conflict: Bland, basic
- Character development: I didn’t watch it all to see if there was any, it seemed as if characters did a 360 with things and just.. the characters overall did things out of nowhere and expected viewers to go with the flow because it gets the romance going.

TL;DR: Don’t recommend at all. If you don’t mind inconsistencies then be my guest and watch but let me tell you, just skip this from your watchlist.

“I wonder if the people watching will be happy with the drama” I was very miserable actually

Jfc where do I even start. First off I never watched Jane the virgin so you know this is from an unbiased viewer that doesn’t have the bias of having watched the original, with that out of the way:
My first problem rose in around the 6th (give or take) episode, the kiss was horrendous holy sh.. do you know how evidently bad a kiss has to be for a person that hasn’t kissed someone to not only know it’s cringey but to legitimately think the show is better off without kissing? The focus on the kisses made it wayyy worse like if your actors are awful kissers then show it from afar or something but nooooo it had to be in plain view, every kiss took down 5 years from my life span.
Second problem: unnecessary plot. They put too much focus on the crime plot like sir I DO NAWT CARE they failed to make it interesting and dragged it for too long
Third: Lack in reasoning behind characters actions. So many characters did things out of character and then on top of that their reasoning was sh-t
Overall By episode 9 I was full on skipping scenes, having it as background noise the last episode I skipped the entire episode and watched the last thing and I audibly cringed like cmon now.
The female lead was awful she cannot act wtf this is my first time actually saying this about someone because I never notice but this one was actually so obvious it gave me physical pain
The baby was the best actor you did great sweetie
Conclusion save yourself don’t bother

Good, considering it’s a short drama

-Overall review: It was a cute, quick watch with 8 episodes consisting of 28 ish minutes each., your average enemies to lovers college setting love story
-Pace: a bit funky, they only specified once how long it had been in between episodes; At the beginning where I thought it had been weeks, it turns out it had only been a couple of days.
-Chemistry among the leads: it was cute, average… nothing that necessarily stuck out
- Conflict: it got me confused at the beginning, however after understanding what happened, I managed to better watch the show.
- Character development: it was all right considering how short the show was.

TL;DR: average drama, yes I recommend watching and you do get invested, but it won’t stick out as a favorite.

Heart fluttering drama

-Overall review: From the moment my friend told me about this drama I knew that its plot was one of a kind. It sticks out as I haven’t heard of a drama with a plot like this one, and even if there are any other romantic dramas that consist of mind-reading, I bet this one would still manage to stand out among those.
-Pace: it felt just right, not too rushed not too slow.
-Chemistry among the leads: it was BEAUTIFUL, definitely fit together on screen
- Conflict: amazing, there were no conflicts that felt forced for the sake of adding to the plot
- Character development: It was good! I also LOVED the side characters.

TL;DR: Highly recommend if you are looking for some lighthearted, heart fluttering, funny, romantic watch.
