1 litre of tears (which this drama is a remake of) was one of the first Asian dramas I ever watched and it left a very deep impression in my heart. To surpass it, in my eyes, was quite a task. Regardless, this drama surprised me. It was really good! Of course there were quite a few changes. For instance, the cast in this version was a little older. But I enjoyed these changes too. This drama made me cry just as much as 1 litre of tears did. The cast was perfect and the acting was just brilliant. I would recommend this to everyone, regardless of genre preference. The only problem is that this drama is very difficult to catch hold of. This is probably why it's not as popular on the internet. I didn't even know a Chinese version existed until a classmate of mine told me about it. She gave me it's DVD and I dramathoned the whole thing in 3 days. I hope this drama gets more attention and I hope someone uploads it somewhere with subs.
