Really made me feel some type of way.
I mainly watch romance dramas and let me say, the chemistry b/w the FL (Sung Deok Mi) and ML (Ryan Gold) was the best I've seen of any drama I've watched. Their passion was so palpable that you'd almost think they were a couple in real life. The communication between them felt very believable and it felt like it just made sense. Sometimes in romance dramas I feel like the main couple are forced together and it doesn't always feel like them being together is worth all the strife - but these two really felt magnetic and I loved them together. During their scenes it seemed so natural that it almost felt like I was watching an actual couple just go about their daily lives. Even their disagreements were handled so well - they communicated effectively which was so refreshing - honestly that's kind of rare in other romance dramas. Personally, I wasnt too interested in Deok Mi's "secret life" as a fangirl. It wasnt that it was boring or not fun to watch her fangirling, but it didnt reel me in as much as her curator life. However, I do like the comedy that the fangirling brought to the drama (especially Latte).Honestly wish they did more w/ Cindy - I was actually intrigued by her and then her character kind of went nowhere for me. It wasnt drastic enough for me to be disappointed but more like "what happened to her?".
Music wise, it didnt blow me away?! Not bad but just not...iconic?
I agree with other reviewers here that the last two episodes kind of fell off - I wasn't really interested in them (it was pretty tropey) as you could pretty much figure out how it was going to end.
Overall, very light + fluffy and a fun romance drama that I'm happy I watched :) The chemistry of the main leads is more than enough reason to watch this one.

Personally, I was expecting to fall in love with this drama but that sadly didn't happen.
The production, score, and acting were SO well done and the backstory in the first episode made me very excited to watch this drama. But, I could not get behind the main couple. Firstly, the age gap b/w the ML + FL was so vast that it made it hard to believe their relationship would ever work. I felt like the FL lacked most appealing qualities - since she was young for most of the drama, she came off as very whiny + immature which was a weird contrast w/ the ML who is much older than her (not to say he was incredibly mature, but there's def a difference in how the FL + ML handle situations). I found the chemistry lacking and honestly just didn't care about their story line once I reached episode 8 (as far as the relationship goes; however, the background of the life of the ML and the lore was interesting). The secondary couple was MUCH more interesting and I really focused on their parts - the chemistry was there and it was much more believable that they would be together. I must say, the relationship between the two male leads was SO good - well acted + the friendship was incredible. Don't recommend beyond watching it for than the production. Was this review helpful to you?
It's an easy to watch + lighthearted drama.
This story doesn't have a heavy store; it's very lighthearted and easy to watch. Personally, the main couple's story was fun but not nearly as enjoyable as the secondary couple - I think their love was a lot more fun to watch develop. However, this drama did make me laugh and the chemistry b/w each pairing was believable and fun. It def made me laugh and I've rewatched it twice now. Very easy to watch and will leave you happy. Not my favorite drama ever but def worth the watch if you want a drama that'll make you smile. Was this review helpful to you?
