Painful, but beautiful
I've read some part of the book that was the source of the adaptation to this drama, so at first I expected too much, although I understand that I might be disappointed.
As far as I've finished this drama, I'm disappointed with what happened to Mowan's soul. Because she was fainted for 36 episodes, but in the end she only wake up to die protecting her sister. Why not just stay like in the book? At least it won't feel wasted like this.
Or maybe it was on purpose so that Ye Junqing wouldn't have to choose between Mowan or Moxin?
The story itself is quite painful, but still beautiful. Ultimately it's all about Moxin. How she made the wrong choice in the past, and justifies her choice in the present, while finding her true love. Even though I'm still sad about the real Mowan's fate, it feels unfair for her.
